Beautiful just beautiful ,what man does to our creatures is so wrong, those cruel men and their greed makes me angry, I would rather hunt those men down and destroy them than to ever have to shoot the likes of an elephant. As a teen my first book I read about Africa was Serengiti Shall Not Die, this was in the early 60s, if someone had come to me and said there is a big wide world out there would you like to go, I would have as a 15 year old, sadly it never happened, maybe in the next life and thanks lawerence for your kindness towards these great creatures
Such a beautifully directed commercial. But that’s the sad part that it’s just an abstract of the Elephant Whisperer. This could well continue to be made into a 70mm wilderness thriller, a story touching every human heart. If this is made into a movie, not only it’d be a blockbuster but it surely would reach out to a new breed of conservationists and help our forests n the lives in it who’re dying a slow manly invasion death. #theElephantWhisperer #thulathulagamereserve #lawrenceAnthony

Hard truth;Elephant’s are starved of all the good nutrients that once gave them hair and colour and like most places on the earth their nutrients were stolen with all the vegetation and Forrests, Tiny animals still have colours and health because they don’t need much but elephants show us in what their body has lost how many good things are missing from our planet. Please plant something so the earth has a chance to recover because wherever you live animals need you to keep the earth healthy
It’s a book on which the director of SEARCHING FOR SUGARMAN was making the movie in 2014 and he committed suicide cause of struggling and he was depressed It was an Oscar winning documentary in 2013

When Lawrence died, the elephants traveled about 12 hrs to his house and stayed 2 days to pay their respects 😩

I am reading the book now and I cry and laugh... so many mixed emotions...

He didn't train them. He developed an understanding and trust with them. Big difference. Excellent book
