Scary but exciting times with the sale! Nice orange drops too, the horror beast 😂I love those street performers! And the gigs with recurring characters!
I shall have to pass on the compliment to the recurring characters. ;¬) They're starting to get used to the camera now. I think they secretly like it... Thanks so much for stopping by! x Hey - when did 10k happen?! Congrats!! xxx
I know - too long for me. I like to move often and have that excitement of exploring a new environment. I moved a lot more frequently before having Izzy, then I got myself stuck in a rut as a single parent. She's 13 now though! I want to find somewhere that suits her better. x
That’s exciting news about your house, eek! Best wishes for a swift and painless sale. I’m glad Izzy’s eyes are good, what a relief. Your gig looked very crowded but fun! Now I’m off to make myself an espresso because yours looked so delicious. Cheers! ☕️
Catching up on your videos! I've been out in the US and Canada for a month and haven't had much time to sit and watch through. Although I think I did watch one of your videos one evening while feeling dead in a motel room after a day of hiking over 20 miles in Yosemite National Park - but was much too tired to leave any comment! Good luck with the house sale, exciting times!
Very nice vlog & a nice gig. Apparently there used to be a Mark & Spencer's here at the mall but it closed down. The girl's have some stuff from that store & congrats on the house being for sale
Mmmmm that decaf soy latte looked lovely!! You seem to always find the best little cafes for a good cup of joe or tea :) I envy your gift hehe! I definitely had to Google a Scrumpy Jack after one appeared magically in your shot haha! Never heard of that before, but I love cider- so I would probably enjoy it :D
Hey, I remember you telling me about that particular soya latte. Looked delicious! That street musician was really cool. I’m so excited about your house!! Where will you stay in between the time it sells and the time that you find a new house?
Ah, yes. The timeless elegance of fluorescein orange. I put a few of those drops into eyes in my time in the ER (A&E). Glad Izzy's eyes are OK. I poked an IV spike into one of mine once while moving fast during an emergency and that bad boy hurt steadily (note key adverb: steadily) for five days until that cornea re-epithelialized. Nice hanging baskets. I used to have a bunch of hanging baskets of fuschia around the place. Very pleasant. Pretty. I can't even wrap my brain about having to sell-up and move.
No, thank the Lord. I had to wear an eye patch for five days which made intubating tracheas a bit interesting because of no depth perception (also starting IVs), but I could not put Neosporin ophthalmic ointment in either to help with the pain as that delays re-epithelialization and ditto any local anesthetic drops.
I think you are referring to the infamous -- re-epithelialization. It is process whereby the cornea re-establishes its proper surface by having new cells migrate in from the margins and cover up and make "new" and good the corneal surface so one can see without foggy stuff.
We’ve never sold a house before, so we can only imagine how intense that must be 😲 and all that blue tack, you’ll have a mountain of it if you manage to get it all off 😂 Really liked the different camera angles at the gig, that was an awesome little mix 👍
The 2 times we sold our houses I found to be one of the most stressful events...not so much of getting rid of stuff but trying to keep it looking like looking show room ready lol Thank God they sold fairly quickly :) Glad Izzy's eyes are better. What city are you in? It looks so pretty :)
Hello Melody! Everyone keeps telling me how stressful this will be. Oh no! I can't believe how much stuff I've got rid of, and yet how much more keeps coming! It's endless! I was in Cardiff City in the evening. It's the capital city of Wales. x
Ha ha ha! You're not supposed to bang it on your teeth! 😂 Maybe try opening your mouth a bit more. I've found that blowing through it raises the volume. Did you find that?
That coffee looked great. It was super bright snd late. It gets dark around 10pm in the most sunny time here in the northwest of America. Where are you moving to?
Hallo Grammy Vulture! Oh yes, it’s still light late into the night here, which I’m enjoying. I keep my location quiet on YT so I won’t be revealing my precise location, but there’s a distinct possibility I’ll be having a buffer for a few weeks at my boyfriend’s place if my house sells quicker than I can find somewhere else. Thanks so much for watching. X
We have started purging our house as well. We have about 15 years of junk piling up &, while we aren't selling it right away, it's a head start on when we plan to in a few years. Good luck!
Yes - that's a really good idea. I've been doing the same thing for about a year and a half - aiming for one full charity bag a week. I don't know where it's all coming from! I'm a sucker for donations is the thing and then feel obliged to hang on to things. Moving is a great conscience-free way to off load!

15 years is forever in one place! what a huge change you have coming! so exciting!

Thanks! Ha ha! That was one of those editing moments where I got jealous of my own previously drunk coffee!!
I really enjoyed your day!! Good luck with packing and the selling of your house!!
Thank you. I think I need it!!! The stuff just keeps coming!!

Hey, George!
Hi guys! Thanks, George. That's a nice scene to envisage. I appreciate it. x
Love the streets you are walking down.
Those were in Cardiff, the capital city of Wales. I love Cardiff too. x
House on the market!!! Exciting stuff. We have quite a bit to do in our house before we can stick ours on - roll on!! Good luck from us!!!!🙂🙂👍
Are you thinking of moving, too?
I've had this in mind for a very long time and have been decluttering for a year and a half, but the stuff still keeps coming!!
We are definitely selling up. We won't be buying another one straight away, if at all.😉
That sounds adventurous!
Big life changes coming up.🙂 Hopefully😉
Oh selling the house. Where are you gonna move to? Good pots and pans drumming😀Thnx for sharing your day😀👏
Probably in with the Inv BF just for a very short spell while I find somewhere else, unless I can find somewhere else before selling. x
Deixando um joinha legal sempre fortalecendo os melhores momentos do CANAL. Valeu.🌷🌼🌻
Muito obrigada. x
Loved Izzy taking the mickey out of you in the back of the car.
And Keshra! What a pair! They'll miss each other when they head back off to Spain.
Very nice vlog & a nice gig. Apparently there used to be a Mark & Spencer's here at the mall but it closed down. The girl's have some stuff from that store & congrats on the house being for sale
Thanks, Jeff! x

Ha ha ha! Oh, that was Roger's cider. I'm not a fan of cider - too acidic for my liking. I prefer beer. What's your favourite drink?

With the IB.
As in inv bf. Did you spot yourself in the cafe? Hee hee!

Yeouch. That sounds extremely painful!! That eye injury sounds horrific! Did you get any lasting damage?
No, thank the Lord. I had to wear an eye patch for five days which made intubating tracheas a bit interesting because of no depth perception (also starting IVs), but I could not put Neosporin ophthalmic ointment in either to help with the pain as that delays re-epithelialization and ditto any local anesthetic drops.
Yeouch. I'm going to google that long word you used now....
The 9-sylable one!

very nice.....
Thanks. x
Watching these old vlogs I'm noticing how colourful your old house was. Certainly not a blank canvas lol
Yes! It was my first non-rented house and I went crazy with the paint tins!!!
The 2 times we sold our houses I found to be one of the most stressful events...not so much of getting rid of stuff but trying to keep it looking like looking show room ready lol Thank God they sold fairly quickly :) Glad Izzy's eyes are better. What city are you in? It looks so pretty :)

1:23 Hahaha Izzy in the back :D She's steeling your shot, Imo! Heheheh :D
Oh yes. Taking great delight in video bombing! x
Haha I have a mouth harp. It's loads of fun but hurts my teeth after awhile. I really want to learn harmonica playing other than those we get as kids.
Ha ha ha! You're not supposed to bang it on your teeth! 😂 Maybe try opening your mouth a bit more. I've found that blowing through it raises the volume. Did you find that?
I'm wandering what was on your walls after seeing all that blue tac! 😁
I had photos stuck up there - loads and loads and loads of them!
That was a very noisy gig. Good luck with the house sale.
It was pretty noisy. They often are. This lot were young and excitable. Thanks - this decluttering lark could take a while!
That coffee looked great. It was super bright snd late. It gets dark around 10pm in the most sunny time here in the northwest of America. Where are you moving to?

I had to go to an eye hospital in London. Turns out it was a blocked tear duct. I didn’t even know eye hospitals were a thing.
Oh, I didn't know they had them just for eyes. I've heard of ENT hospitals - Ear, Nose and Throat! I had my tonsils out in one as a child.
Look at that busker drummer go! I wonder if he's still there?
Yes, we do see him still, from time to time.
What a noisy bunch in that gig! How could they hear the music or instruction?
I know! Crazy, right?!
I think tap and go via phone will become more common for giving strangers a couple of dollars as carrying cash becomes even less common.
Hissing Thoughts this was actually just announced via Google Pay actually.. split bills, send or request money...
Cool! I'm excited about the advancement of tech. x
Hiya!
"slightly bewildered dithering way" Ahahaha
I’m still doing that now. Right now!!

There I am. You should leave me there for the new owners.
Hell no - you're coming with me!
Subbed and liked 😊👍
Thanks. X
