damn sick combo at the start of the match, never seen it b4 also if you start with forward.HP -> HK into the vskill. you get up to 483 in dmg. the combo looks sick af regardless whether its optimized or not
@DeadAceBS something similar to what I said last time. That due to the bufffs you can do Hard Reed Fireball after St. HP so in the corner in VT 2 after stomp you can hard Red Fireball into light Shoryuken which allows for the CA that you can combo from or into hard Shoryuken that does more max damage.

Honestly I've been trying to use vt2 after the new update, probably cuz im not as good but vt1 just gives me waaay more oppurtunities in a match
Vt1 vs2 forever. More damage more combos more range.

Kage is still one of the coolest characters regardless of which V trigger he’s using
Vt2 is not buffed enough compared to the others characters.

Do you just feel like you win more with VT1? Or do you win more with VT1?🤔 Check the numbers, they won't lie to you.
what the difference between vt1 and vt2
VT1 - upgrades vs2, gives Kage demon teleport (both ground/air), lots of reset/mix-up potential mid-combo, unique combo routes while in trigger
VT2 - gives kage access to raging demon, primarily functions as a combo ender, provides hard knockdown that can lead into some devastating oki
VT2 is the less imaginative trigger, providing a solid way to add damage to the end of combos without much difficulty, and gives kage access to the hallmark Satsui no hado move, the raging demon, which unlike Akuma’s, can be comboed into. I find most kages a will use this trigger for its lower barrier to entry and reliable use cases.
VT1 feels odd at first because it suddenly feels like you’ve lost a move (i.e no raging demon), but in return you get a huge upgrade in mix-up potential and access to entirely new and unique combo routes. I find less tend to pick VT1 because it requires time to re-learn some optimal set-ups, but more importantly, a change in play style mentality to cater to the trigger’s strengths.
It’s worth noting that VT1 pairs significantly better with VS2 as VS1 receives no upgrades while in VT (unless I’m mistaken).
Both triggers are super fun to use!
