@@truckerdaddy-akajohninqueb4793 yeah it was abby (Edit: I just rewinded cause these comments made me doubt myself and, I don't know how I missed it but there's also a clip of Morgan playing with Toby where he's got the zoomies too at some point, so yeah, they both zoomed in that video 😅)
I will never get tired of seeing the chickens, geese, ducks and cattle following Morgan like dogs. Yes I know it is more food than charisma, but still is fun to watch.
@@GoldShawFarmIk you’ve said Bonnie and her sister will be old enough to breed next spring/summer but will Baby B be old/big enough? If she’s not will she be separated all alone or what’s the plan with that? If your bull did his job when will you next be expecting calf’s? When will baby B be Weened and will she be by herself once she is?
@@jessicamooney3767 He can't leave one cow by herself, cows are herd animals. I don't know If baby B will be old enough or not to breed, but if she isn't he could always separate her and one of the older cows, then swap the older cow for a different older cow after a few weeks so all the cows that are old enough have a chance to be bred.
Thank you for taking us with you as you do farm chores. ❤ i don't know which was more peaceful, the cows munching and walking and mooing, or the birds clucking, pecking, honking, eating. All of it was awesome. 😊
Another great video! Your microphone is insane!!! I loved hearing the "plop" when the ducks went into the water in the swales, the drinking, swimming, etc... Can't forget the pigglies going to town on those apples!!! The way the Moo Crew goes to the new pasture amazes me every time!!!
3:36 You are kilking me yanking out those matts. Get yourself a matt splitting brush or rake for grooming. it has a cutting edge on one side so you brush through a matt to lop it off or chop through it to make brushing it out easier . It might shave some hair thats tangled, but im betting it will make it less painful for them and give you more success in letting you groom them. 😅
Lovely video Morgan, thank you! I hope your finger is healing nicely and that there won't be any long term sensory loss. At 19:40 the Pigs were so kind to demonstrated where the expression 'eating like pigs' comes from 😅
Toby's zoomies are adorable. Those apples look tasty even to me. Watching ducks and geese drinking and swimming and cleaning themselves was mesmerizing for some reason. One of the best kinds of video from you. Always a pleasure to watch them. Thank you.
I’m assuming comments are off on your latest video because everyone roasted that lady. Kudos to you Morgan for confronting her and kudos to her for standing behind her comments. Even though she was way off base with her opinions and more than “a little grumpy” we should all give her credit for having the courage to have her opinion challenged on a public forum. ✌️ 💗
I appreciate the calmness of the chore routine. Also a big fan of the bliss hearing the farmer thinking out loud about his ideas and plans for the coming weeks and months. 🙂
You should get the cows a scratcher! Or make one out of a few old pushbroom heads. Not only will they love it but we would get to see some cute/zen cow content :)
Yeah he used to have them nor sure what happened. Too bad we couldn't get the company that makes the legitimate free standing cow scratchers to send one to Morgan. Much longer lasting and durable
What a nice Thursday morning video, so peaceful and so much to like here, great editing! I was just looking for winter canvas art and wondered to myself what it is about bovine that makes them so appealing to look at and then on my other side of the screen Morgan's Highland's come on and I feel all warm inside. I was raised around cows and was never a fan of them but as a city woman I could look at them for hours! The pigs eating would make a great Thanksgiving clip for "pigging out" or "eat like a pig"!
I must let you know that you have given me the gift of being "close" to animals and everything else I'm allergic to. It is delightful to watch you so empathically husband your farm and UA-cam activities. Any time I have tried to get close to farm stuff my eyes and sinuses swell up and itch and run and here I can be delighted by being so close to animals (and hay) and be so very sick for like weeks lol. Very grateful. Thank you bless you
This is one of my favorite types of videos.😃 Loved it 🐕🐈🐷🐮🐔🦆Watching you do chores and watching the animals❣️ And I had to watch again just to see the dogs doing the zoomies 🐕
My most favorite thing / part of the farm is seeing Toby & Abby and my 2nd most favorite is hearing the cattle moo. I find it very relaxing. Yes I know that it sounds crazy to say that it's relaxing. But I never have claimed to be normal or sane. LOL
A brilliant episode from the farm... getting to know the characters you care for each day. A meditation video for me - so peaceful. Thanks for sharing so creatively.
This is what I need today. I love hearing your stories and seeing whatever projects you've got going on. But this just peaceful day in the life was needed today. It's been a rough one today.
What a blessed adventure with you on the farm today. Going along for chores, listening to the animals, is so peaceful to me. Brings back memories. This sure helps my depression. Thank you so much for sharing.
Morgan-I have always felt and understood your transparency concerning your expenses: UA-cam, sales, previous earnings and Allison’s earnings. Good on you!
This was a really cool video. Super relaxing. Also, Abby's training is really paying off. I noticed a little bit of lip licking when she was left with the birds, but it looked more like general mild anxiety (ie, "when is Morgan coming back?") lip licking and less like the "I want to chase birds *so* badly!" type. Great job, Morgan. Keep the good stuff coming.
Just me and my cat watching a farm video. My cat is fascinated with the chickens. 😀 And was reading out to the cows when they got close to the camera. This was just what I needed today. Thank you 🙏
Thank you Morgan for all the effort and time you put into these videos. They're so peaceful and calming as well as entertaining. Definitely a joy to watch.
I have to mention how much I enjoy the flock - especially the ducks - enjoying the swales. This is the first summer in which the flock has been out and using the whole of the orchard, and it's such a treat to see them all living their best lives utilising your farm as you envisioned.
I could not watch this the other day when I had a lot of handwork to do during my sitting down time, but came back to it today when I had the opportunity to really watch. Not rely on listening to a storyline. The animals are hilarious sometimes. That cow who had to have just that particular piece of grass right under the camera...I was rolling. So many small animal expressions and behaviours caught on camera. It was fun. Thanks!
The pigs stuffing their faces with apples is my second favorite thing now, after Weird Chicken Moment of Zen. :D It's amazing how well they cleared out their area. I know you're not sure if you'll get pigs again next year but I'll be happy to see you get another round of piggies in the future.
The thumbnail is cute! I love seeing Ralph, he's the best duck! The cows are so funny, it was fun seeing what they did. I can't wait until you get more cows.
What a great way to spend my late morning. Enjoying my ☕ & watching the 🐓's,🦆's & Geese in pure IMax 3D! 😂😂😂😂 It's wet, grey & dreary here as well in Florida Morgan. Glad I'm not out in it & can just hunker down & enjoy it, while watching your great AMSR Video! 😉👍❤
Thank's for sharing your life on the farm. Im if honest, watching your videos gives me a great peace of mind. So yeah, thanks alot and i hope you have a great day! / Micke from Sweden
Morgan, you don't have to spend every hour of the day providing us every detail of your process. I come here to see your lovely farm and your cute livestock and to listen to the occasional dad joke. You do you dude. :)
Morgan, just an idea, take a pair of scissors with you and cut those burrs out of the cows hair instead of pulling them out with a brush. It won’t hurt that way. I love watching all the different birds following you at feeding time… they are cute as the waddle behind you…. Blessings
Yes! Thank you Morgan. Loved this. I didn't realise just hearing you greet the animals and such, just made this video awesome. I've never been able to get through a whole one previously. I'm a long time watcher but I watch on my TV and so don't comment often. But I had to on this!. Plus my new puppy loves to watch with me. Also your channel is so lovely topic to chat about with an auntie which is so fun. Much love from Hampshire, England.
Hey Morgan, as always, love these types of videos the most!!! Man your latest generation of chickens are growing up! You can see the difference over the last few months! Love the relationship you have with all your animals. Thank you for sharing it! 🙏
Great video. Some stand out things that made me laugh: • Belinda and Bonnie mooing and frustrated that couldn’t be closer to the herd. Loud ladies indeed • Rambunctious Baby B • Ducks and geese being confused and impatient at the chickens being fed first • Abby Dog zoomies • Toby Dog zoomies
I received Toby Dog book today - - it is a Christmas gift for my great granddaughter. She loves books and I can't wait until Christmas Day to read it to her. They have 2 big dogs and she loves them so I know she will love Toby Dog too.
Toby is usually so serious, so it's nice to see him get the zoomies!

Haha. You look like the Pied Piper when carrying the feed with your following to the ducks & geese!
They are by the old barn/winter pasture
Other farmers have used road sweepers I believe
Going through a hard time. Your chickens helped today 🙏🏻
I'm so glad!
Hugs.
Chickens are the best.
So sorry you are going through a hard time. I’m hugging you right now.
I love these quiet episodes.
Zen moments by Gold Shaw Farms.
Theirs just something calming about listening to all the animals. I replay back to the ducks quacking, and the chickens clucking while eating.
It was a day that seemed mostly quiet service on your part to this beautiful farm and its livestock, but all the animals are really thriving.
