You can fish for interesting things. File FOIA requests with an agency for employee disciplinary proceedings for a specified time frame. Review the info provided, if something peeks your interest start filing more FOIA requests related to the specific event.

When I was 15 (and of course the smartest teen ever 🤣) I had my diary and a boyfriend. So I made my "secret codes" for example if he felt my breast I enter, my boyfriend's intials then, fmu.
My mom was a snoop and read my diary and decoded my brillant codes 🤣. Then proceded to beat my ass. And told my dad to follow suit.
The following day while helping my dad with lawn work, he never broke stride and calming said he didn't approve of these things going on, but wanted to impress upon me what he believed to be a more important lesson.
I can still here him tell me, "girl don't every write something down you don't want the whole world to read." That was in 1967. And I thank God for that advice which I've followed to a tee since.
And especially NOW! How little did my dad realized the magnified truth of a very good lesson and advice! ❤😘

It was typical adolesent behavior. If a bigger deal was made of it, as you suggest, I would have rebelled. As it turned out, my dad just kept a closer eye on me and things just fissed out.

You aren't in charge of other peoples kids, only your own. I know boys that have felt pressured by girls to do things they didn't want to do so you NEVER know. All you can do is teach your kids that THEY and they alone are responsible for their own actions. Going to the other kids house and speaking to those kids only teaches your own that they aren't responsible for their own behavior. A correct response would be to reach out to the other kids parents and let them deal with their own children and discipline your own as you see fit.

I want to kno why this "investigator" gave out those ladies names after he promised he wouldnt?....was it to warn this officer who was giving info about him....seems like a shit ball thing to do cause now these ladies have a real threat to be concerned about..

Once I reported to a supervisor at my job that a coworker was stealing company materials, and the first thing the supervisor said to him is that I watch him steal.
The coworker waited for me the next day and tackled me from behind and broke my collar bone.
The company position was... Two employees fighting for no reason and both got a 2 week suspension.
I had to get surgery to repair the ligament and was out for 8 weeks.... No compensation.
No when I see any wrongdoing I look the other way.

I watched his AI interview concerning the supervisor's retreat first. From the min he began, I thought "something about this guy gives me creeps", I swear it. His manipulation in setting himself apart from the whole mess....but he took, and later deleted, a pic of the lap sitting situation. His attempt to exhibit the "not me...never" stance actually felt like he was creeping on his co-workers. I call that suspicious deflection or projection. Now I know it's a bit of both. Working in a position of authority is something he should NEVER be entitled to. A felony waiting to happen IMO.✌

This IA process is so wrong. This doesn't feel like an adversarial or impartial interview. He gives away too much information, acts almost apologetic that it's had to become a real investigation. They had a previously unrecorded interview with him. I just can't understand how a 3rd party isn't called to investigate internal police issues.
