It's been almost 12 years since this happened to me. I have stayed single, I have no interest or ability to trust someone with the most precious thing I can give them, my heart. It's all healed up now but I just can't open that door to let someone in to hurt me again, good luck to you.

I really like Belltown's comment . Sums it up. My opinion is later in this long reply! My recent situation is complex, as I think our distance relationship will just fade away. I'm the only one holding it up, but she is okay to keep us in limbo. Not to formally break up, but I'm not going to be anyone's insurance policy or wait until "she decides." Relationships are not about control . I am a lot more open than she is, and one does not really know the depths of another's experiences and issues they have to overcome, even if one thinks that they do. And just like this situation and maybe yours, we both thought that we had so much in common, and I thought we were inseparable. You need to be perceptive enough to see negative signs . And treat them without blinders on. But just two months ago, I got to know another woman in my profession much better than I had in the past. Was a strange thing that we caught up at the very end of the meeting when everyone was gone.... we clicked so well it's almost like I've known her all my life. I have always been attracted to her, but never in my wildest dreams thought that we would have such a conversation so special. Something rare that I have never seen before. So it sounds like I am suggesting to be optimistic and be open to trust. Actually I agree with you more than disagree. Keep open but not too much. If that true match comes, you will know it. Sorry to hear that you and Tida parted ways. Here is a bit of advice based on experience. You and Tida and other Asian women are from different languages, cultures, and religions. Many people would say awwww that's not so important but to Asian women I believe it is more important then what you might believe. If you are serious and plan to live in Thailand. Please take the time to learn the importance of those things I mentioned above that are important to Thai and Asian women. LJ do a daily inspection of yourself through prayer and meditation. Use this time to learn, grow the inner man. Relax and enjoy life.
I was married to a beautiful Japanese lady for 32 years. I loved her with all my heart. Parkinson’s disease took her in just two years. That was four years ago. I am 70 years old and a disabled veteran. I am able to have happy days, I am able to make a difference by feeding the poor and helping my friends. I can still be a good person and contribute to society and live honorably. My life Diddnt stop after my wife’s death. You are young. This will pass. You are in control of how long you will suffer with this. It’s up to you. Your life will go on. Make it count. Make your life beautiful.

I'm in the Philippines, I met my wife to be on my first weekend here. Now 23 years. Have a beautiful 22 year old daughter. We always got on but fell into financial problems and I became a workaholic to fix it. She left and got mixed up with bad people and ended up in jail, she's still there 6 years later. I've been by her side every step of the way and still fighting to get her out. I realised a lot of mistakes I made and understand her thinking. Although I don't have to be, I've been celibate for this 6 years but hope to get her out asap. Kind of fixed the financials and picking myself up, had a lot of help. So I know how you feel, these Asian ladies are something else. I could see it coming to be honest, not sure exactly why or how but Tida changed a little I think. This situation with Tida has me with a bottom jaw on the floor and shaking my head. I watched to the 4:00 min. mark and tears in my eyes, I had to pause 4 a 15-20 minute break to feed my dogs, going WTF??? U guys seemed perfect together! Then emotions of my ex-wife leaving me and our 2 Dogs 10 years ago after almost 20 yrs. marriage, and then divorced almost 7 yrs ago! I have enjoyed your videos and your “pure” energy my friend. I learned decades ago that a relationship is.... just a relationship. They build on each other. We can grow as men with each passing one. We are here to grow and what better way than by being in relationship. Personally I’m a much better partner today than I ever was. It’s taken many and I have more work to do. I’m sure you’ve heard that one given the path you travel. Learn and grow from your time with Tida (sp). And take what you’ve learned into your next relationship and with that, think how wonderful it will be. Perfect Love is when two spiritual people share their lives and loves with each other. The key here is “share their lives” with each other. Not become each other or become one, but continue to grow as spiritual beings who are sharing their journeys together. We can loose ourselves in relationship and that’s more ego than being on our unique spiritual life path. Share lives, not become lives. You will hopefully have more beautiful relationships, growing all the time. It’s no accident this one is over. There must be one in the wings waiting for you to be open to her and her ready for you. Relationships are way too important to our growth and journey down here to be random. Be thankful for Tida and thankful for your new mystery woman when your timing’s are perfect. I said to my son once when he was a teenager, you'll meet a girl and it might not work out, and you will feel a pain in you heart so bad, he looked at me and said yeah sure dad whatever, sure enough he met a girl and fell head over heels in love, but it didn't last, and he sat on his bed and said dad, with tears running down his cheeks, "dad my heart hurts" we both hugged and cried.
Life is full of suffering. As an old man I can tell you that everyone I have loved, every friend, has eventually left my life. Sadly, that is how life works. So I love my Thai wife every day and cherish the friends I have because I know that these too will pass. Life is not fair nor easy. More like dumbfounding and numbing. It doesn’t make sense , I just can’t imagine what happened between you both , but anyway , from my own experience being similar to yours LJ , my first Thai relationship failed due to her not being what she portrayed herself to be , but I learnt a lot from that lesson , and years later I met the greatest Thai woman who turned out to be the one that I was meant to meet , and I married her and my life has never been so full of love and happiness since the first day we met .
You always have to believe that everything in life happens for a reason, and when you finally meet the right one , you soon realise why you weren’t meant to be with the other women .

I really like Belltown's comment . Sums it up. My opinion is later in this long reply! My recent situation is complex, as I think our distance relationship will just fade away. I'm the only one holding it up, but she is okay to keep us in limbo. Not to formally break up, but I'm not going to be anyone's insurance policy or wait until "she decides." Relationships are not about control . I am a lot more open than she is, and one does not really know the depths of another's experiences and issues they have to overcome, even if one thinks that they do. And just like this situation and maybe yours, we both thought that we had so much in common, and I thought we were inseparable. You need to be perceptive enough to see negative signs . And treat them without blinders on. But just two months ago, I got to know another woman in my profession much better than I had in the past. Was a strange thing that we caught up at the very end of the meeting when everyone was gone.... we clicked so well it's almost like I've known her all my life. I have always been attracted to her, but never in my wildest dreams thought that we would have such a conversation so special. Something rare that I have never seen before. Many people would say awwww that's not so important but to Asian women I believe it is more important then what you might believe. If you are serious and plan to live in Thailand. Please take the time to learn the importance of those things I mentioned above that are important to Thai and Asian women. LJ do a daily inspection of yourself through prayer and meditation. Use this time to learn, grow the inner man. Relax and enjoy life.

I'm in the Philippines, I met my wife to be on my first weekend here. Now 23 years. Have a beautiful 22 year old daughter. We always got on but fell into financial problems and I became a workaholic to fix it. She left and got mixed up with bad people and ended up in jail, she's still there 6 years later. I've been by her side every step of the way and still fighting to get her out. I realised a lot of mistakes I made and understand her thinking. Although I don't have to be, I've been celibate for this 6 years but hope to get her out asap. Kind of fixed the financials and picking myself up, had a lot of help. So I know how you feel, these Asian ladies are something else.
I could see it coming to be honest, not sure exactly why or how but Tida changed a little I think. Hello LJ, this is Bill from Canada! As old as I am, U were/R an inspiration 4 me! Because of U and a few others, I wanted and still want to visit Thailand! This situation with Tida has me with a bottom jaw on the floor and shaking my head. I watched to the 4:00 min. mark and tears in my eyes, I had to pause 4 a 15-20 minute break to feed my dogs, going WTF??? U guys seemed perfect together! Then emotions of my ex-wife leaving me and our 2 Dogs 10 years ago after almost 20 yrs. marriage, and then divorced almost 7 yrs ago! It will be difficult but U R young, and U will recover & be a stronger man 4 it! Take Care Buddy and stay safe! Looking forward to more UA-cam when UR ready!
Sad to have watched this, it must be so hard. But it's a real shame all of your videos have now gone from the last year or more, you must have your reasons that it would be hard to have all of them with Tida in them but they are part of your journey on this channel and hope they come back here one day for all of us to see.

I have enjoyed your videos and your “pure” energy my friend. I learned decades ago that a relationship is.... just a relationship. They build on each other. We can grow as men with each passing one. We are here to grow and what better way than by being in relationship. Personally I’m a much better partner today than I ever was. It’s taken many and I have more work to do. Relationships are a perfect mirror for us to grow and learn better ways to be in relationship. You said you will work to dissolve your ego. I’m proof that day only happens when we pass-on. So if we travel our life and relationships with an ego than accept it but don’t act on it. That is the muscle we need to train strong. Our muscle to keep our ego quiet and always behind us. Of course it wants to lead but it most often will cause us pain when it does. You are far along on your life path just by acknowledging the presence of your ego. Congratulate yourself for this advanced state and work that muscle as often as needed everyday. You are not your ego. Your ego is insane and you surely are not. You are a man filled with love, compassion and creativity. Celebrate the Spirit Being you are. You are a Spiritual Being having human experiences. I’m sure you’ve heard that one given the path you travel. Learn and grow from your time with Tida (sp). And take what you’ve learned into your next relationship and with that, think how wonderful it will be. Perfect Love is when two spiritual people share their lives and loves with each other. The key here is “share their lives” with each other. Not become each other or become one, but continue to grow as spiritual beings who are sharing their journeys together. We can loose ourselves in relationship and that’s more ego than being on our unique spiritual life path. Share lives, not become lives. You will hopefully have more beautiful relationships, growing all the time. It’s no accident this one is over. There must be one in the wings waiting for you to be open to her and her ready for you. Relationships are way too important to our growth and journey down here to be random. Be thankful for Tida and thankful for your new mystery woman when your timing’s are perfect. Be open to Love and revel in what you’ve learned so far and excited to share it all.

Life is full of suffering. As an old man I can tell you that everyone I have loved, every friend, has eventually left my life. Sadly, that is how life works. So I love my Thai wife every day and cherish the friends I have because I know that these too will pass. Life is not fair nor easy. More like dumbfounding and numbing. There is no answer to why so it is best to stop asking that question. This too shall pass and better days are certainly in your future. Thanks for the videos. ❤

Just remember my brother, good days are still ahead! Never give up because there isn't a choice to, you have to go up from here and never go down. Even after seeing all those older videos that you left up on your page, shows where it all started and where this journey has begun. I'm saying this advice because my life was a very rough life in the beginning. I can tell you many stories that would blow your mind in my younger years. Pick up like your doing, and let the pain you're having be your driving force! Be blessed brother, and I really mean that!

We've all been through this man. You think you have lost something but in reality you will find someone better and all that pain will go away. I went through the same thing and now i am celebrating 20 years with a woman who came in my life just after i had a break up too. She is the best thing that ever happened and Tita will regret her decision i am sure. Stay strong and trust me there are many ladies out there that will appreciate you much better..
