10:14 Scotch gambit again ! You've faced this a few times now.
    10:25 yep it's a great gambit ! Very fun lines !
But it's also a fake gambit as you can get your pawn back in every line (or already an advantage if they manage to hold on to it).
But still it has most advantages of gambits with fun and tricky lines, lead in development, initiative and all !
Also you can choose to play the mainlines, or to transpose to a ton of other gambits !
In general I would say you want to avoid gambits that are either traps or you get a worse position, but in most cases it's way more complicated than this and most of the time you would have to play a game of chess anyways !
So gambits are fun and also they still teach you chess principles in most cases : control the center, develop your pieces, castle; along with teaching you how to attack and to capitalize on a huge lead on development for exemple.
10:53 I like how everytime you play another against the scotch gambit (or almost everytime).
I think Nf6 is simpler, if you know d5 after white plays e5, and then move your bishop and castle !
But Bb5+ is also very good !
10:58 here they can also castle, going for even move development, or bxc3, making you spend 1 more move to save your bishop.
11:11 The thing is here you are slightly better with black, but it's very complicated to play, white has control over the center and a lead in development.
13:12 here I would just castle, enjoy the extra pawn and be happy I survived with it 😂
13:23 Because here your position does not allow you to be that greedy.. your king is in the center, your kingside is ruined with g5, your queenside is undevelopped. Taking this is very dangerous !
13:41 yep it doesn't work here, because their king is also in the center ! I agree it was scary tho ! Never trust your opponent !!!
15:55 yeah here your opponent just collapsed with Ng3. You just win a piece and trade all the other minor pieces !!
16:23 very well done in the end and that's the game !!
Gogo 1800 elo next game !!
