The room is nice. I'm assuming the cove balcony room is just like the standard balcony room, well that's what I'm hoping.

They are very similar. The only difference is maybe a little more closed in on the balcony and closer to the water.

Yes, you could hear faint sounds from things going on but nothing to keep you up at night.
