I would really like to see a video on what to look for when booking a facial. There are many affordable facials offered on Groupon, etc, but other than reading the reviews, I have no idea what to ask/look for to see if the place knows what it's doing and I won't waste my money.
She’s totally right! VOX has this video where they said CBD is largely unregulated and about 70% of what is sold on the market has little to no CBD OR it has low levels of THC. Definitely look into how the company is sourcing their CBD
They can always lie, because just like vitamins, health and beauty products are completely unregulated... heck even food that’s supposed to be regulated has loopholes- eg companies can source food from say a super unethical farm in China and instead of saying “made in” they will use the cute phrase “distributed by”- now they are supposed to tell you (if you contact them) which country the food comes from, but I’ve called one such company before and they refused to tell me which country their food was sourced from 😵 which I can only assume it comes from some place like China ... but technically they are supposed to label where the food comes from rather than the company hq, but obvi the fda hasn’t been paying attention or just let’s these large corps continue this unethical practice
Most CBD products have low THC levels. Thats done on purpose, you never know how someone would react to THC they could go into a mild psychosis if they have a pre-existing condition and that's certainly not what you want during a facial.
This is true. My boyfriend was using hemp based cbd gummies. He ended up testing positive for thc. It was low levels but we found out some companies put thc to “enhance” the cbd effect. So you have to keep that in mind.
Pro tip: You can email any CBD company’s customer service and ask for any products test results on both their fungal testing and the potency/compounds. It’s essentially public record. Be very wary of any company that won’t disclose or doesn’t have them at all. ✌🏼 Source: I sell CBD products for a living, as well as use CBD for lupus.

Now THIS is a facial I'd try. It looked so relaxing. CBD products are great, when produced correctly of course. For example I have used CBD bath bombs for arthritic pain and they REALLY work.

I use pure and full spectrum CBD oil for ankylosing spondylitis (spinal arthritis) and it really helps reduce the pain and inflammation. I use a good quality CBD oil which is more expensive than others but it`s definitely worth it.
250-500mg (what she recommends in the video) is such a high dose though! Idk if it's different strength in the US but i buy cbd in the UK and 25mg is enough to feel the effects for me and I think anything above 100mg is not recommended

Please manage your expectations, ok? I have CBD oil and it’s strong but it’s only so-so on pain. I have a cream that is THC and CBD mix and it’s super effective. It’s great for arthritis and sore muscles.
My hole fam loves cbd. My mama started vaping cbd for her pain and it helped her a little and I tried it for my anxiety and it also helped that as well. I highly recommend gaping cbd if u have bad anxiety (blue raspberry is my fav)
