    I think I like the IDEX system more as it doesn't waste lots of filament on the purge tower. If the Mosaic palette 2 doesn't waste lots of filament, I think single nozzle with the P2 is the way to go because you get 4 colors instantly.

    Hi Richard; Good review. I'd like to have program-ability like the CR-10s. With the touch screen being closed source it isn't programmable. This means I can only overcome the limitations by adding a raspberry pi.

      Hey Derek,
      Judging by what we've seen so far, the UI itself is closed source, but the base board is still the 2.1 board for the CR-10s with the added E1 stepper driver. I will be contacting Naomi to see if they will open source the UI controller, as the English is less than stellar on this initial release. If this wasn't a loaner, I would certainly flash a newer Marlin to it.
