I finally decided to show you my whole dvd collection after many of you asking me to! Did I mention any of your favourites?

The Help is so good in my book best film every it bast on a true story I maybe wrong about that but it good film to watch & make sure u do on a day when u got nothing on it really long

+FashionRocksMySocks If you liked the Tree of Life you'd like 'Days of Heaven' plus it has one of the best scores ever by Ennio Morricone.
Forrest Gump has been in my favorite movies list for a really long time now, can't get enough of it ! I don't watch it very often but when I do I instantly remember why I love it so much :) I also love The Big Lebowski (pretty messed up but fun), Pulp Fiction (I just love any Tarantino film basically), Big Fish (Tim Burton hello), any Heath Ledger movie (such a great actor, gotta love 10 things I hate about you), Pump Up The Volume (amazing film set in the 90s), Dazed And Confused (great college movie)... And last week I discovered Mysterious Skin by Gregg Araki... Probably THE MOST INTENSE movie I've ever seen but incredible ! (And Joseph Gordo-Levitt looks so gorgeous in it) Get the tissues ready ;)
You might have already seen it but you should definitely give The Lovely Bones a watch and also If I Stay :) such good films, and yes I can definitely understand the Aaron Johnson obsession, Kick Ass is one of my all time favourite films!

Misfits is one of my all time favourite series! I've re-watched it a couple of times haha. Also a massive lover of Skins! Really liked hearing about your collection :) and totally agree that it's not Christmas until you've watched Love Actually haha

Factory girl (2006) and Gia (1998) are some films that I would recommend you to watch. They are simply inspiring, reflecting the not so "fashionable" lives of two of the most famous fashion icons. They made me burst into tears.

I want to start my own dvd collection - but probably after or during my studies at university, love it
One of my all time favorites is Freedom Writers, I watched it for my English class years ago and loved it. The film setting is around early 90s which I found surprising because I was born in the early 90s and I I never knew how bad things were back then when is came to race. But overall it's a little intense but a feel good film, very inspiring.
Can't believe you didn't enjoy Scott Pilgrim vs the World! I freakin' loved it, all to their own I guess :) xx

Kris Marshall was brilliant in Love Actually, although to me he will always be known for his role as Nick in My Family (Which I have the 22 disc boxset of all the 11 series, that were of course originally shown on BBC 1 from 2000 to 2011) - although his sister Janey (played by Daniela Denby-Ashe) is my favourite character
I'm going to suggest you my all time favourite films:

-kate and Leopold (with notting hill this is probably one of the best romantic comedy ever)
I'm the same way, I have a huge box of VCRs and just can't throw them away, even though I haven't got anything to play them on😄

You should definitely take some time out to watch the Canadian indie film Snow Cake, it is my all time favourite! It's super sad but also really really witty! Not enough people have seen it it's absolutely amazing.
Love your film collection and that version of Romeo and Juliet is the best! You should watch the movie Ever After! It's such a good film. It's a twist on the Cinderella story and it had Drew Barrymore and Angelica Houston.
I've just had to pause and come and let you know that The Help is such a good film, definitely deserves to be opened and watched! (You may want to avoid pie before you watch it though) hehe!
collecting dvd's is still an amazing thing to do,even when u can download or watch them on netflix....there's nothing such as having ur own collection😄....i also hv a lot of christian bale nd leonardo's movies

For the most part I was on your side with your choices until you listed scott pilgrim as okay...you need to re-watch it. It's amazing!
I'd recommend watching Amelie and The Fall if you haven't seen those two films already.
I love pretty much any movies from the 40s to the 60s, anything with audrey hepburn, anything with robert pattinson in it, anything with kristen stewart or anything DISNEY!!!!

The Help is so good! I watched it a few weeks ago. Don't watch it if you're in the mood for comedy, though it does have one particularly famous funny scene. Our movie tastes are really similar too :)

That's a lot! Where I live (Singapore) DVDs are expensive, and it's not worth it to buy them.

Misfits is my fave tv show ever got the whole thing it is a shame you can only see the special vagas episode with nathan online so if you did not have any internet there was no way of seing it they did not include the episode it in my boxset i think

Oh yeah and I just have to mention Almost Famous and Into The Wild as well, I'm sure you've already seen them but just in case ^^
My youngest sister is 7 but because myself and my other sister are a lot older than her, she's watched all the classic Disney kids films on videos unlike her friends who all have the DVDs
When 'that thing' happened to Chris I just stopped watching Skins. And I've never quit a show before just because an actor left...

i bought funny people for eminem ( i knew it was just a cameo lol ), but that film is soooo boring, i really didn't get it. i may have been too young to get it at the time, but yea.... highly doubt a rewatch will have me change my mind lol

about the whole saving mr banks film, the author hated the film so much, she didnt want it to be like walts typical disney films. she hated the animated penguins in it and if i am correct she didnt like dickvandyke at all! from what i read she wasn't actually invited to the premiere and had to ask walt herself if she could come and that was the first and only time she watched the movie because she hated it so much. i think she just wanted the story to stay the way she wanted (about mary saving the dad not the kids) and she didnt like the idea of the story being made all disney and musicaily(not a word i know)

Office Space is one of the best movies ever made! Although if you watched it because J Aniston is in it, I can understand your disappointment. Her part was pretty much unnecessary for the story.
