So question, I see it says allow people to download but my question is I don't see how they pay for it first to be able to download the photos
If I've uploaded an image at 6000 x 4000 pixels and a client wants prints of a diffferent proportions i.e. an 8x10 print, how does the client do that? Does the client get to select how the image is cropped when buying on PIxieset?

Quick question, who will print these photos and ship them? Is it pixieset who does this?
Pixieset sends the photo out to one of four available print labs (you can choose a specific lab in your price sheet or let them handle it - I use MPix, great results). The lab receives the order, prints, then ships it directly to your customer. The customer (and yourself) receive email updates. Thus far the production time is usually 2 days, and shipping is quick after that.

I have had some success with my free-portraits-of-new-york project and have sold digital files and prints but only to the actual people I photograph. I'm wondering how I can sell to other people. I may have to do more street photography instead of on the spot micro sessions.

Thanks for an amazing video! Quick Question: Is it possible to sinchronise the Pixieset thwith instagram? How do you make the Card look like that? Is that a picture on the wall or you were using some kind of program to make a similar result?
I don't think what you're looking to do is possible, however that picture on the wall is automatically generated by Pixieset. Pretty streamlined.
Any charges in pixieset
There is a flat % charge on sales for the free plan, as in if you sell a print they take a percentage. There are no fees on the paid plan other than the subscription cost.

Pixieset handles everything, from order processing, updating the customer with shipping information, to physically shipping the goods.

I also sell Lightroom presets via another e-commerce solution on my Pixieset hosted website, and I haven't had a problem. I don't think they have any issues with it.

@@DomGattoPhotography Can you explain more? Do you mean that you are now perhaps doing fulfillment and such yourself by adding your own touch. Those are two sides of it right, one is have third party service do all this for you. Sure it saves your time etc. but then other angle to it as some say is you then don't have touch with customer. I am wondering if that is the route you chose eventually?
Exactly. I ended up doing more self-fulfillment, however I do miss how easy Pixieset was with order-and-forget

The domain is free when you purchase their plan, as I remember. It's a bit more than $12 a month for the e-commerce plan.
