you should do this without any purchased lasers, shields or bombs. actually not even using a single bomb, shield or laser. i can do all men, all enemies and no damage that way but to do all stars at the same time, i have not yet found a way.
That's not a perfect run, unless it's on Android App. They made it too easy on PS4. The reason why, you can clearly see the ships' reaction is quicker. On Android the red ship is slower.
