I have the OG Drone Rainger. Great little device for adding filth to another instrument. I run the sum through a fuzzy distortion pedal and then run that through a stereo reverb. When you shift the pitches it has a great crunchy frequency fight. Great little tool for interesting industrial drone music. I also use the delay though. The DDB feedback can be manipulated to match the drone frequencies, and that is a very interesting result for sound design. The Rainger and this Mini Drone would be great additions to anyone doing no-input mixer experiments and noise productions.

A great way to cheaply get into modular synth is to run it in software on your computer with Voltage from Cherry Audio. It sounds great and is free to download.

These sounds are akin to laser etching which gives me space invader vibes. This sound also makes the hair on my kneck stand up and occasionally the creeps but this doesn't deter me.
