I see the mini you mounted is not on the black cross-hatched area. Don't know if that is a shade strip or not. My question is the paper that came with the mini said not to put it on that. But on our car, that makes the mini way out in the open. Also, the instructions on Sunpass' Website do not mention putting it on in that area OR avoiding putting it there. I had hoped you would have discussed this, but did not see that in your video.

So my problem is that there’s a big block of a camera that’s like a break assist so I can’t put my sunpass there and I had already stuck it to the top right of my windshield should I try and take it off or will it still work the same
Thanks for watching, we have talked to a few people that have removed it. Some mentioned it came off somewhat ok and still worked after placing it somewhere else…while others mentioned it was damaged pretty good after they removed it.
Wish I could test mine before I have to use it. Have it installed in the right location but I don't see a way to check if it is working. Tried driving through an express lane while the fee was $0 just to see if any info showed on the Sunpass site the next day. Dont see anything..

Can you put the SunPass Mini sticker on the "frit" (black dots on/in the windshield glass behind the rearview mirror)? Also, my transponder sticker has 13 digits but when I activate my transponder online the last digit is cut off - is that normal to only have first 12 digits being listed on my account?

okay I'm hoping you can help me have a SunPass mini it says to place it on the inside of my windshield but the sticky stuff is on the opposite side of the SunPass so if I place the SunPass on the inside of my windshield I will be looking at my SunPass and the sticky side will be facing outward to the street is that correct how does it get read
