What is the type of a nonstick fry pan called. My roommate threw away mine, said it was broken, and I couldn't find replacement because I didn't know the brand. I want my classic silver colored bottom pan with the black non stick on top. The handle was a green silicone, a little flat in shape that could be slide off.
None of the meat on the station is raw, it's all cooked. I see bacon & ham, which are both cooked meats. There's no cross contamination from a food safety standpoint.

Every half-experienced cook knows that diners don't always disclose their allergies/aversions; many people just assume they'll be safe if they order intelligently. Then some asshole cook dips the same pair of tongs in every goddam container of mise and guess what eventually happens? Not having a separate spoon for each container is simply irresponsible, especially in a 5-star hotel.
Come to India. Visit some cities like Surat, Ahmedabad... You will be surprised to see more than hundreds of mouth watering egg dishes.
It's funny to see portable butane camping stoves being used inside a 5-star hotel, but I guess if it works, it works!
