When I create the eclipse element the red color is applied on it how to fix that ??

Please double check if Red is only clippin mask to Alien Not all below layers. Let me know if problem is Still there. Thanks :)

when i did the solid color thing, it just made the whole thing red

Above in the right Tab you can see Blending options choose "Darken " or "Multiply" Whatever works best.

Kindly check that you clipping mask red solid layer to alien one. so it won't appear in white circle
