the j7 has itself a special anti-theft alarm function, how does it work? we can't talk more on the public😁
If the doorbell is off the door in error and the tamper alarm sounds do you just press reset button and put back on your door. Nothing to help you In the manual, thankyou
How do you connect additional phones ?

The chime thing doesn’t work I plugged it in and it’s not rinngibg in the other room

Hello, as far as I know this can only be viewed via the Android or Apple app.
I just installed mine a few days ago and everytime a car or person passes the alarm on the camera goes off. How can I stop that from happening? I turned down the motion setting and it happens on every level.
We have the XTU J9 which seems to be the same but our has the opposite problem. You have to walk right up to it for it to detect you. The sensitivity setting seems to do nothing!
How long does it take to charge?
About 4 hours if it is completely dead. Give or take depending on the power brick your using with the cable.
no body actually puts the sd card in and remove it. I don't think there is anough room to pull the card out.
