Hello. I bought this doorbell. Any guidance how to set it up for motion detection? When I click on that motion detection icon, it talks about turning it on but it won't allow me to scroll for yes. It's like on the no mode.
How can I change the sound for the door opening n closing. It's aggravating...as I cannot seem to find how to change it. Pleeeeze!
But HOW do you PAUSE the doorbell from recording? I can't find anything that does that!

My chime only works when I'm very close to the doorbell as soon as I go more than 1 feet the chime doesn't ring
sounds like you have a bad unit, I would get it returned/replaced.
