I just lost my grandfather yesterday to lung cancer. then on November 20th my sister committed suicide. before that every year since 03 when my mom died I've lost someone close. I get the pain and depression you feel. but as long as you keep the all the memories close they will never be gone and they will always be by ur side

Sometimes listening to songs like this reminds me of the past. Sometimes songs like this makes me think of all the things I lost in life or will lose. Sometimes songs like this inspires me and I believe that's what gives music power. You just have to think about it differently. Today though, is a day to mourn what I have lost. This song is 8 years old and these 8 years have chaged me with or without this song but this song reminds me of what it was like to be 7 years old. I was careless in what I said, I wondered not followed the explanations at face value, I held high hopes and high expectations but I didn't fear not getting there.
