Brother Omar I have a opinion on why we tend to loose more reverts or reverts becoming atheist. I am a new revert ( had my shahada in Dallas 3 weeks ago) and doing my very best, first Ramadan. The most important reason why I became a Muslim was because of ALLAH, my RABB will never disappoint me and not because of any person or pleasing any person. Many reverts fall apart and leave Islam because of being overwhelmed, being disappointed with some Muslim, lack of support etc...my suggestions brothers and sisters is allow us to gain knowledge in strides and not pressure us. Also unfortunately other fellow Muslims translate the Quran and hadith to their own likings, justifications and arrogance (due to financial or being boastful)which scares us reverts, who would are interested to be or simply would love to discover the true Islam and ALLAH. This why you loose more Muslims or increase islamaphobic ideology
Wow! Amazing! I love people like you. Because, you are following your religion because of your Lord and I personally believe that is how it should be or the reason why. I have interesting things to share and interesting videos about Allah because my Rabb also fascinates me. Please let me know if you are interested, I'll be more than happy to share interesting things and helpful, interesting videos about Allah; it will shock you in a surprising, happy way!
Once you know Allah, hating yourself becomes nothing in front of your love to him, your biggest fear becomes that's you might lose your connection with him ... so you fear to do wrong ... and if you did you run back to him asking him forgivness and not to do anything that might drew you away from him ... its the most beautiful love you will ever know .. its the most beautiful love to ever exist. ♡ الحمدُ لله رب العالمين
6🔶️Allah loves those who are constantly engaged in the effort of purifying themselves. (Physicaly + Spiritualy) Sincerely repenting and then falling back into the same sin does not disqualify you from the love of Allah. Allah loves you for your constant effort.
سبحان الله وبحمده عدد خلقه ورضا نفسه وزنة عرشه ومداد كلماته Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi 'adada khalqih wa rida nafsihi wa zinata 'arshih wa midada kalimatih
I think its 110% correct that Allah means spiritual purification. Physical is not always possible but Allah never treats us like untouchables. I as a female, have witnessed that my sincere calling in my menstruation was responded in 1-2 seconds. Alhamdulillah... Also, in Ash shams, Allah says those who purify their soul are successful, (immediately followed by- those who do good deeds )
Asalaam alaikum. I have just come upon these series...and oh my..Allah SWT just guided and answered a feeling and a need I had, that required reinforcing. Alhamdulillah rabil alamin.
Jazak Allah khair for talking about this, it will be helpful for every desperate Muslim, it's indeed a topic I really wanted some scholar to talk and explain about the ways Shaitan distracts..
Assalamualaikum Warahmatullah Wabarakatuh Dear brother Omar. Salaam from Indonesia. I just wanna say that I love all your episodes. I really wish one day I can meet you. Having a day filled with conversations with you would be a great Blessing. May Allah always keep you healthy, brother.

asalamu aleykum sis, it is a journey, your journey and to feel far or wrong is normal. my personal advice is to not pressure yourself about it. it is not like a recipe you have to follow strictly, especially when you begin or if you are a 'revert'. take your time, & implement when you feel it is the time, according to you. most important is you feell well, and you do it for yourself 1st, so be patient and merciful with yourself, I ask Allah swt to help you to come closer to Him, I 'm sur you'll 'get it right', in sha ALlah.
You have to strive to clean the heart. Clean it every day and night just the way you keep the outer vase clean day and night, the same cleaning needs to be done on a daily bases with the heart.
I don’t get it... I sin and I repent all the time with promise but I went back to same sin ... so Is it love by love to keep trying??? Or is it wrong???
I think when you/we are in this situation, when we fall again & again, then nothing remains but to ask help from Allah swt more sincerly, because no one even ourselves can help us in these situations and difficulties, except Allah swt. I think one of the goals is to perfect our connection to ALlah swt, so we can reach a certain level of sincerity in the fact that there is nobody or nothing that can help us except the One that created us. I ask Allah swt to perfect our connection with Him, & to help us about our struggles about repeated sins. ameen
*Continue seeking forgiveness no matter how much you sin!* Shaykhul Islām Ibn Taymiyyah رحمه الله said: “*It is not permissible for a Muslim, if he would repent and then go back afterwards (to committing sin), to persevere (in that sin); however, he (should) repent, even if he went back (to that sin) a hundred times in a day*. " [Majmū 'al-Fatawa, v. 16, p. 58] And it was said to Hasan al-Basrī رحمه الله "*A man sins*, *then he repents*, *then he sins,* *then he repents,* *then he sins,* *then he repents,* *until he dies.* He said: "*I do not know this being anything but the characteristics of the believers*."* [Hilyah al-Awliyah, 2/315] And to conclude, Allah the Almighty reminds us with two ayāt: *“Say: "O My slaves who have transgressed against themselves ! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah: verily, Allah forgives all sins. Truly He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.* [39:53] *Certainly no one despairs of Allāh’s Mercy, except the people who disbelieve."* [12:87]
I'm trying so hard, but some sins are so hard to completely leave after repenting. May Allah make it easy for us. 😔 Ameen
May Allah make it easy for you and bless you:)

Yes it is hard, but never give up. As long as you stayed sincere in your repentence, Allah will always forgive you.
