My family and I lived in Thailand for 12 years, and shortly before leaving we took a vacation to Krabi. To this day it is still the most beautiful place I have ever experienced :)
Hi. I have been to Phuket twice when I was single. My girlfriend and I are thinking about going to krabi. From what I can see, it seems to be alot less wild than Phuket. Is krabi a good place for couples? Thank you!
I watched a video of Koreans traveling to Thailand. What he is most proud of is haggling for food from the locals. I think a reasonable bargain should be done when you think the production cost is not high and it doesn't fit the selling price. I think many tourists are too worried about being deceived and tend to bargain. I'm Thai and I travel quite a lot in this country. I've never negotiated a price, I just bought it or didn't buy it. Things in this country I think are very cheap. So I never negotiated any price. I'm surprised when tourists go to luxury places and pay high prices. including products that are in that location that are sold more than outside But with the local villagers, some groups of tourists bargained as if they were stealing their money. Sorry if I'm making a comment that might be disrespectful. But it's a point of view from a person who loves to travel. Wish you both have a good experience during the trip.
I absolutely agree ! I think it’s really disrespectful to negotiate when 1) they would never do that in « rich » countries like some European countries and 2) the price locals are asking is really cheap…
Loved the video. Short, straight to the point and very useful. Usually people make a 25 minutes video to say the same as you did in 5 minutes. Your approach is perfect. Thanks for that.
ahhh got super hyped when i saw this !! thailand is one of my parents’ favourite countries so we tend to visit there once every year !! haven’t been back there in awhile… miss travelling soo much !! in the mean time, im gonna work on my relationship with food so that i can enjoy the delicacies again without any fear or anxiety,, of course, your videos help a TON !! LOTS OF LOVEEEE
@@m0rp4euz Hmm well it's the low season and it's cheaper. I found that it would sometimes rain heavily in the afternoon but quickly stop, and then be beautiful the rest of the day. Sometimes you don't mind cause it's so hot so it's a nice relief!
Not worth going during monsoon season, yeah you will play less but you will legit will sit in the hotel and go out once in a while if you get a bad storm
I dirt bike 100 days a year, very avid. I would NEVER rent a bike here. It’s left side of road driving and it takes just one screw up to die. Instead ride a bicycle. I’m on first Asia trip, showed up in Krabi today. I’m here for a month, been here for 3 weeks so far. Arriving in Krabi is magical. Have been in Bangkok and Khanom Beach so far.
You should have gone to Krabi around February - every day sunshine with barely any rain. Both occasions I went in February and never had a spot of rain
Bring a dry bag, rent a kayak from the resorts on Ao Nang Beach, and kayak over to Railay for the day, you'll have a blast. Kayak rentals are maybe $10-$15 US for the day (I think I paid $7 for 4 hours) and you can kayak the rock cliffs and caves on the way.
i just went back from krabi and,ITS WAS SO BEAUTIFULL i went to the night market and its was fun i buy alot of bracelet and i tried the ice cream roll! but that was the best experience i have went.❤
very good video…short and to the point, inviting to travel…thank you for sharing….the video is of a very good quality…may i ask…was it recorded with an apple phone ? which model ?
Do remember please that Travel Insurance will only cover a motorcycle accidents if you have the appropriate driving licence for your country of origin!
🤩We also just made a video of 10 incredible places in Thailand, surely at number 1 there is one of the most beautiful places in the world, unmissable 🇹🇭
Hey there! When you’re in Krabi Thailand there’s a lot of people on the street who are handing out for sure us and offering boat rides and day trips. I think it’s easier to figure it out once you’re there rather than plan in advance!
We did, we just didn’t think it could be that bad! I grew up in Singapore so I was used to it raining all the time, but now I know raining all the time in Singapore (rain for an hour or two) is not the same as rain all the time in Thailand 😅 (rains like 5-8 hours at a time)
@@kimdan2727 just go to the tourist boxes around ao nang, they are everywhere, these geniuses booked a private boat which is why it cost them 10X more lol just get a shared boat mate its only 5-10 minutes to beach

I have never haggled over the price if food sold by the street vendors. There is very little mark up on what they sell and are trying to make a living.
@@ianwallace16 you are right
well paying too much causes imbalance
Very true. The ugly side of tourists visiting the east
I absolutely agree !

Krabi is awesome I’ve experienced hotels with pools in low season and rented little huts with hammocks. The food 🍱 was amazing.

Did you need covid 19 insurance in order to go?
Do you usually have two larger meals and snacks a day and not breakfast?
Why do you recommend stopping in Singapore or Hong Kong ? Its a waste of money and time and defeats the purpose of going to SEA.

With all due respect, how can you visit a completely different country for tourism without checking how the weather would be like?
We did, we just didn’t think it could be that bad! I grew up in Singapore so I was used to it raining all the time, but now I know raining all the time in Singapore (rain for an hour or two) is not the same as rain all the time in Thailand 😅 (rains like 5-8 hours at a time)
