i just realize that this theme plays whenever Kal'tsit herself shows up on screen when we're inside Rhodes Island so the background is actually spot on. This is basically already her theme

The cyrrilic letters on Kaltsit's shoulder patch spell "Линкс" (one letter off from "Линукс" lol) that is a phonetic transliteration of the word "Lynx". In actual russuan that would be "Рысь".

She was literally too op to release (for now), some gacha games have had this problem where there is a particularly powerful character in story that needed to be re-balanced or was just not released because they don't want to nerf the character but its gamebreaking.
