Good God, I've never seen anything like that. There was a fire at a warehouse near me in 2016 but it definitely wasn't as bad as that. Brilliant catch.
What makes this really good footage is, its difficult to keep up with stuff constantly arriving on the bell from different angles AND keep the camera reasonably straight. Well done mate.
@@Gencturk92 anything that can happen. Will happen. And besides we dont need more paramedics and firefighters getting assaulted. Thats already happenin too much -.-
I am from Germany. Seeing a lot of Volkswagens, Mercedes and BMW vehicles I feel like being in Germany. And, also, they use the right hand lane most of the time. Anyway, there is not hi-lo siren....
Great footage, keep up the good work, i have some dash cam footage of responding to emergencies if you are interested, see it from the drivers view.........
I am sure I was watching a TV program where that scene was shown. There was a TV cameraman standing closer recording it. I think it was '999 Emergency'.
+Timo van der Kooij The unmarked cars are fire officers, but the police have to stop traffic and pedestrians from entering the scene. Bare in mind this is London, they have a lot of police around.
They're fire officers that command the scene. There's no law against showing plates from any service, it's just done out of courtesy because those fire officers also use the cars for personal trips
That police transit although a first responder caused more havoc than any of the other vehicles put together, couldn't have parked it in a more awkward spot if they d have tried!!!
the fire was an industrial estate and one caught fire it was devestating news to my town as i live near there nobody was killed (i think) it happened last simmer
Sry for my bad English. I just want to ask why so many unmarked cars drive to the fire. I mean, are this police officers ( so why they come there when marked cars are there) or firefighters in their private cars?
I don't want to appear too critical and I'm no expert but couldn't so many police have cleared the roundabout in readiness for the fire appliances who got held up waiting to get round?
No, blocking off the roundabout would have created massive jams behind the blockade- which is the only way for the emergency vehicles to gain access to the site in the first place.
Really amazed by the british people. Don't you guys make room for emergency responders? Watched a couple of video's today from UK, Germany, Netherlands and USA but only in the UK videos the rudeness of the people is really amazing.
Thats not really a fair assumption to make considering this whole video is based on a roundabout, its hard to get out of the way when traffic is heavy and other cars on the roundabout. We always move out the way
OMFG I LIVE LIKE RIGHT NEXT TO THERE AND I WAS ON HOLIDAY WITHOUT MY PARENTS AND I CAME BACK THE DAY AFTER AND MY PARETS TOLD ME IT WAS SO SCARY BECAUSE THEY SAW IT!
If you're a driver and you hear an emergency vehicle's siren, you're supposed to stop to let them through. So many people not stopping at all. I guess that's London traffic for you. 🙄😒
Great video! Not complaining at the LFB or anything, but why did they literally send about 6 or 7 incident commander/fire safety officers to the fire? I know it was a big fire, but what would all of them need to do? From a civilian view, wouldn't only having 2 or 3 there be better for a more straight forward command system?... Some nice action from the Met also.
King Tanyard In somewhere like london, response times can easily be delayed by traffic; so they tend to mobilize more than they need to make sure that atleast someone gets there quickly. You must remember that to start with Control would only have limited information, and as a controller you're always taught to assume the worst. At an incident like that, a controller would assume: 1 Officer commanding 2 Officer 2nd in Command 3 Safety Officer 4 Rescue Control Officer (Possibly) 5 HAZMAT Officer (Possibly) 6 Command Support Officer - Communication 7 Command Support Officer - BA Entry Control 8 Water Supply Officer etc, etc; obviously, I'm exaggerating the number of commanders required, something with that many officers would be a Gold Level incident, but obviously with little information, assuming the worst, and the likelihood of some getting delayed, its no surprise they sent so many officers, and what else would they be doing, pushing pens around a desk :') Hope this helped :) Source: www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/7643/incidentcommand.pdf
It was hardly the Blitz over the top with all those appliances and police all evolved found health and safety Just like the n.h.s to many managers or two many fire Chiefs in this case
It’s good to know how much these people help us in our lives I am so grateful of what they do
Great video. You got just about every UK siren there is.
Good God, I've never seen anything like that. There was a fire at a warehouse near me in 2016 but it definitely wasn't as bad as that. Brilliant catch.
Nice rare fire and vehicles responding to the scene
A small clip of this video of the fire was used in the documentary 'Inside London Fire Brigade' in the first episode. Did you know this?
wow 10/10 footage, this is like every other vehicle response video ive seen in one incident, sooooo many responses, good job XD
Flawless footage! Very impressive. Exciting to watch.

Some Fire, Great video. Is that an unmarked VW Crafter on the pavement?
this must of been a serious fire bro
This is how organized they are... Police 1st for security then comes the firemen then the ambulance. Job well done by all the responders!!!

We have an undercover Panamera here in leicester, I freaked out when it went past

Inside LFB?
Are the sirens somehow tied in to the vehicle horn on those police vehicles? Was trying to figure out why they kept honking to turn them off.
Yeah. I think when they honk it changes them through a sequence of different sirens and turns them on or off.
There is zero point blanking the plates they are widely known already
as an american this vid is huh idk a tad better than my country
Have a question why do you call trucks appliances and not apparatuses by the way great Video
Why have you blocked the images on the unmarked vehicles? would be nice to see a log of these
It's the license plates. I presume he done it to protect the car's identity.
gary63693 it's down to the senior officers cars it's personal, some are unmarked police officers.
2:54 the LFB should never have got rid of those sirens.
Great vid, do you know what was going on?
Was this when the people set fire to the Sony building?
@ 4:25 Do you know what the white van was that’s parked on the foot path please? Just some curiosity.
why is fire backwards on one side
Moorefilm so if u look through the car mirrirs it says fire
How many pumps was this in the end?

I'm not from England, but way is there so many police on scene?
+Timo van der Kooij The unmarked cars are fire officers, but the police have to stop traffic and pedestrians from entering the scene. Bare in mind this is London, they have a lot of police around.
I’m not familiar with England. I’m guessing the unmarked are M5 and you can’t show the license plate correct
They're fire officers that command the scene. There's no law against showing plates from any service, it's just done out of courtesy because those fire officers also use the cars for personal trips
London really is burning lol

uk pull up in bmw us pull up in ford crown victoria with alot of light
why is there so many unmarked cars
Bruh Bruh most of the unmarked cars are lfb officer vehicles, like incident commanders to fire safety officers.
Boris Johnson they are doctors anyway you should know you are Boris Johnson
@@archieprince6135 yeah... not doctors...

the fire was an industrial estate and one caught fire it was devestating news to my town as i live near there nobody was killed (i think) it happened last simmer
this is sad they are recordig everywhere i go through on a daily basis
There was more police there than the actual fire
Sry for my bad English. I just want to ask why so many unmarked cars drive to the fire. I mean, are this police officers ( so why they come there when marked cars are there) or firefighters in their private cars?
I think they're fire chiefs or inspectors. Not sure, but cops don't have a light on the roof.
because which ever police car there near they must get in it doesn't have to be the best it just has to be a car or van
How many police officers were there? It looked like more than firefighters!
Tomáš Kysela unmarked cars were Fire
The Londoner thanks, in Czech Republic we don't have unmarked Fire, So I was confused
I don't want to appear too critical and I'm no expert but couldn't so many police have cleared the roundabout in readiness for the fire appliances who got held up waiting to get round?
