    Yes, she should wash the quinoa!!!! Also, fresh garlic is healthy than that unhealthy Nutralite.

    How is this healthy? Oodles of Nutralite which is extremely unhealthy. Ghee or butter would have made it healthy. This is a promoted ad for Nutralite. Make the whole thing without Nutralite and that would be healthy

      Healthy, atleast because we switched rice to quinoa and vegetable stock. will be better if we just boil veggies instead of frying.

      Sai M It’s a video. She won’t spend time on washing the quinoa during the video.. I am sure every one would know that they need to wash food properly before consuming..

    Very healthy dish and looks so yummy. Pink salt is healthy ,only the thing is that pink salt has no iodine which is very important for immune system specially for thyroid. If people want to eat pink salt then adds some regular iodine salt together. I also use pink salt but I have mixed both salts for my dishes.

    I reduced garlic content while sauteed the veggies.. instead of beans n mushroom, i used sm boiled cauliflower, beans n kidney beans.. used normal flaour butter n washed quinoa.. n w tinch of cheese..it came up nice.

    Qunioa must b soaked and 3-4 times before cooking to remove saponin coating can cause digestive issues..try not to used preserve Butter etc

    If this is getting big in India some might want to check your insulin response; some are reporting big spikes from it. As for it being bland - well you could throw that at oat or rice too I guess - the red and black quinoa are much more aromatic imo; cereals and grains are also the same thing.

    Hi shilpa mam hits really good that u started ur channel coz every one wanna know ur secret and food for healthy and fit living. It will b extremely best if u give details regarding weight like fat quantity, cholesterol, protein etc. Video was best so as food only information missing. One more request if u use more Hindi coz many ppl don't understand english incase id ur making it for indians so... Thx alot

    You didn’t wash the quinoa and need to soak the quinoa atleast two hours before cooking it to get the complete nutrition from it

      @Google fan its small difficult to..but we should wash it because there is something in quinoa which may cause stomach issues.not for hygienic thing.we need to soak quinoa as well at least 5min

      @Google fan quinoa should definitely be washed. Its outer covering contains saponin which gives a bitter taste hence it should be thoroughly rinsed. Since it's a bit difficult to rinse I put it in a colander and rinse thoroughly by rubbing the quinoa gently. This makes it easier and also removes the bitter taste.

    Those who are commenting why she is using nutralite ,why she is using non stick pan ..so i want to tell them if you all know these are hazard for health so don't use and frankly speaking you eat pizza and samosa refind oil..never question..if i follow this recipe as it is ..this recipe is way more nutrious than all this junk food

      U get it in cubes form. U can mix it in water & get Ur chicken stock or vegetable stock ready. Search for vegetable stock cubes in Amazon. U ll get clear idea.

    Why you did not wash quinoa, it tastes bitter if not washed 3/4 times as well as people soak them for an hour so that it shouldn't tastes bitter

      I think she meant vegetarian and not vegan by ‘veg’. For some people, veg means no meat, but we still consume stuff like dairy products and honey(just for clarification) 😁
