Konami really said OCG is suffering so TCG you get to suffer too. instead of waiting MONTHS for these cards like it would have happened in the past we get it in time just like the OCG did for their format.

@@bizTCG you realize we usually don't get these OCG promo imported quickly right? Closed sky and Phantom were both promos for a book/magazine I forget which. So konami could have literally stored those away for literally a year+ from the tcg and there was nothing we could do. (They've done that in the past)

Tear has honestly been like one of my favorite decks before and after it was tier 0, so it’s cool seeming it still get play!

These pile decks kinda suck, they have nothing if board-broken by droplet/drnm (no searched backrow/gy/hand disruptions), and no recursion/followup.
Yeah its one of the things im noticing. Your grind game is basically just the fiendsmith cards and you lose harder to board breakers. I've seen this version of the deck play snakeye engine to solve some of those issues by having princess in grave and snakeye follow up but then ur just playing worse snakeyes albeit a budget version.

TCG gotta unban kit deck is honestly tragic to play compared to MD. Without ishizu’s deck is much more balanced
As much as i love tears it would probably jump straight back to an oppressive tier 1 deck again with kit. Realistically they should test the girls at 2, and if okay, eventually 3
@@EcclesiaSS def think that’d be a good testing ground. From what I’ve seen between trying out tears in MD and TCG is that in TCG the ceiling feels a bit lower but being able to fusion 3 times per turn comes in clutch. Def think removing the girls slowly is smart, tearlaments is way more enjoyable to face than the current top decks tbh
