Is it “bibimbap” instead of “bubimbab”? I am not Korean and I just lookup the dictionary that it should be spelled as bibimbap instead. I am not sure though.

Hi, there, As a Korean, I'm glad that you have a interest in Korean or Korea to look up a dictionary.
As you might know, it's very hard to use and write a proper noun in one language with another one with almost same pronunciation. In the word "bibimbap" or "bibimbab", the last letter "p" or "b" is used to express the Korean consonant "ㅂ", the 6th consonant in Korean. When this consonant is used as onset (first part of one syllable), it sounds like "b" in English, like the first part of "bibimbab". And when this consonant is used as coda (last part of one syllable), it sounds like "b" or "p" in English, so it may be written as either of them, and it depends on the person who use it
In Korea, National Institute of the Korean Language is in charge of standardizing those kind of things, how to write Korean proper nouns in English, and the guideline from the institute says both "p" and "b" can be used.
but personally, I wound recommend to use "b" instead of "p" , because when coda "ㅂ" is connected with onset "ㅇ" of next syllable, the 8th consonant, it would sound like "b" in English. you know, to avoid confusion.
hope my answer helps and kindly forgive me about some awkward English because I'm not a fluent English speaker.

Please make more examples by formal English to better understand your meanings instead of using Korean language only. Thanks. That is not a good help while not knowing about Korean language.
