- One of the most Rustic recipe in Tuscany. This is the recipe of the nonna :)
-Rabbit ragù
2 Shoulder of Rabbit
1 Small Onion
1 Small Carot
1 Small Celery
1 Clove of Garlic
200ml Red Wine
