I liked it very much but if add some heavy cream to the recipe and some butter would have been nicer.❤❤❤

We like “pecorino di grotta” because we are from Tuscany! But you can use different type of pecorino, also “pecorino Romano it’s good!
So excited for this channel we LOVED th pasta class my group took in Florence with Davide! What is the best way to measure flour for the pasta dough? We made this last night but used way too much flour the 1st time, tbe 2nd time was better using 7 oz flour but we had to add quite a bit more flour to keep it from being sticky. Maybe my g to oz conversation is off.
thank you for supporting our new channel! If you were in the class you should have the recipe with the ingredients, however follow the recipe and add flour if it sticks but carefully because it may get too hard to work with! 💛

Yes, you can use duck legs, lamb shoulder, or even beef shank!

We had the pleasure of taking this class in late March and was wonderful. I forgot to get some of the leftover truffles to bring home so we can make this dish at home again!! I'm pretty sure Marco's brother's truffle dog could round him up some more! LOL!! Thank you guy's.....

What type of wood is this table?
Fir wood, but you can use other woods too!

@@vfonteles1 we are usually place linseed oil, every month we sand down the table again.

We loved loved loved our private pasta cooking class we just took 3 weeks ago with Marco. It was hands down the best night in Italy for all 8 of us. We can't wait to see them in NY.
