Vespa ET4 125 Variator clean up

Removal and clean up of the variator on a leader engine.

You actually showed the process of getting the belt on the clutch so there’s enough slack to refit the starter gear.
I’ve been having a RIGHT mare with it. 🎉

Hi my vespa 125 keeps cutting out after about 10 minutes i wait about1 0 mins and it restarts what do you think the problem is?

Sam the assembly and the chamber house is totally made of metal or die cast please do explain as I am keen to know and you all know it why I am askin this 🙏🙏🇮🇹

Do you mean the outer casing? They are cast aluminium I had mine powder coated.
Not long spent a couple of weeks in Italy and saw Vespa ET's almost every day! 😀
