I use a light on a 12 hour timer in the winter to keep mine laying. 3 chickens give the 2 of us more eggs than we can eat!!

chooks will sleep in the highest place they can. Probably will be those nest boxes. Might want to lower them below the roost bars, or close them off at night. Nice looking coop.
