    Really like your cards. It seems Tim Holtz chose his brighter colors for this new set of embossing glazes. Love it. More archival inks is great, too.

    I am really inspired by this stuff! Have been watching every video I can! Your cards are beautiful and the butterfly does look like more than just paper when the glaze is added to it!

    Wow so pretty.
    If you don’t want to have to worry about the paste bubbling up, you can wait for it to dry before you heat the glaze.

    Love love loved these cards in this video ahhh!!!! You are phenomenal and so very inspiring!
    I don’t have an archival inks at the moment - do you think this is a technique I could try with regular dye inks? I wanted to try using what I have before I invest in more 😅

    • @JulianaMichaels
      @JulianaMichaels  Рік тому +1

      Thanks so much! Dye inks are usually water reactive so they may bleed when you add the paste. Archival inks are permanent and won’t bleed, so that is why I used them. But you can certainly try it and see. You may love the look you get! Experiment and have fun! ❤️

    Beautiful cards. I’ve never tried embossing glazes; I didn’t realize they were translucent. Loved the look. Thanks for readily understandable description of your process!

    Love these cards! That last card sparked a lot of ideas for me since there are an infinite number of stamps that can be used like that! Using the dabber is a great way to apply right on top! TYFS! New subbie here, Michigan ❤️🦋💜

    Lovely cards. I do get tired of people making out that embossing glazes are so different or special. Other brands have both opaque and translucent powders in their ranges. Usually quite a bit cheaper as well.

    • @JulianaMichaels
      @JulianaMichaels  Рік тому

      While they may not be different or special for their translucent nature they do coordinate with the Distress range of inks and sprays, which is what I really love about them! Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts!

    is distress embossing glaze and distress micro glaze same

    • @JulianaMichaels
      @JulianaMichaels  2 роки тому

      They are not the same. The Micro Glaze can be used to brighten up ink colors and to seal them. Embossing Glaze is a colored translucent embossing powder. I hope that helps!
