ASMR is so relaxing. I've been a fan of it for years now, but to other people not in it find it strange, which I understand, but it puts me to sleep every night.
As someone who doesn’t really like asmr, I actually don’t like it because usually the noises the person makes make me really uncomfortable. This video is just a video though, it doesn’t really feel like asmr so I can watch it peacefully.
We need asmr club. Members sign themselves as either doer or sleeper. Rooms and props are provided and people can consensually make each other feel good @@NikeegeeAD5

Aahh... background white noise... A baseline volume without being oppresively loud/noticeable. It balances out the talking and the silences. When videos don't have this, I will be falling asleep in pure silence... and suddenly get jumpscared awake by someone's voice! White Noise helps a lot

There's no medical benefits in her practice beyond the fact that it makes you more relaxed. She states so in the video description.
