And it also reminded me that we ain't what we thought. Sometimes we just assume we suck at stuff or that we're unpopular. But in someone else's eyes, we're way better than that!
There’s an awesome book called “there’s a house inside my mummy” which explains pregnancy to your little one. And makes it super fun

It's been so nice to watch Vlogust. As a fellow pregnant mom with a toddler, it has been so comforting to watch the day-to-day and so encouraging to see the happy perfect days like this one and the happy not as perfect days where you're just a little tired and want to lazy around and rest. I'm glad I am not the only one and it is just so real. I've loved you guys forever and love that I get to share this time of life with you guys in a way! :)

Cannot tell you how much I am LOVING Vlogust.
My son is now a teen, but one of his absolute favourite books was Mucky Duck by Sally Grindley- it’s short and scope for doing voices. He also loved all the Julia Donaldson books- if you look carefully at the illustrations there’s usually something Gruffalo in each of them and he used to love trying to find them.

My daughter has so many of the books that made different sounds, and she loves them. We also like to go to the library once a week to get a few bed time story's.
My LO is 4.5 months so not quite understanding books yet but gets super excited by ones with big colourful pages, and also enjoys hearing Dr Seuss for all the funny sounding words. We get lots of smiles from those!

I’m so thankful for you Zoe for mentioning blinds. I did comment to ask what you did about a week and a half ago but I commented quite a few days I think after the vlog went up so you probably didn’t see now you mentioned it I’m so thankful and I used to do that in my room and that’s what I was thinking of doing, but now I know for sure what you use it’s perfect thank you. My little boy is 4 1/2 months and we wanna start transitioning him into his cot at six months but his room is so light. And we have a room so dark.😊

I thought at the start of the video I wonder what oittie thinks to Zoe narrating everything to us… but I also think it’s such a great thing for her development. Like a constant story learning new words and plans ect..!
the whatever next book gives such throwbacks to when i was younger! we read it in nursery or reception and we had a bear that we would take home for the weekend and you had to take pictures of you doing activities with it and all the photos went in a book they gave us. i’d love to dig that out from the loft🥰
