Sis you have to try Cinnamon Tea (boiled up stick/powder) on them cramp days :) Take it warm in advance of any pains...so soothing & natural! I rarely take anything else now thanks to a UA-cam comment. Add Ginger too *optional. And generally Raspberry Leaf Tea is delicious & helps Uterine contractions so hydrated & faster periods.
