Not sure if it's been mentioned, but the best place in the game by far to get glass is the Beantown Brewery. Tons of empty bottles inside, and they respawn every few in game days.
I'm pretty sure I listed it in my top strategies for collecting build materials video. if not, that was a glaring oversight on my part, since that very fact was what inspired me to make that video in the first place.
Hello from Bulgaria. The video is wonderful and I enjoyed it very much. Your idea is just great! What I would change is, on the four corner towers I would put doors to the second floor and terraces. I would place guard posts and turrets there. Also around sandbags, guard posts, turrets... And if the settlers are dressed in military uniforms and battle armor.... Just wonderful...
It's good to see the settlement system used properly, I usually just scrap everything at the Red Rocket outside of Sanctuary and build a fence around it.
I definitely dig it, reminds me of some of the semi-temporary plywood structures we would put up in the Army especially in overseas bases without a ton of infrastructure like Syria and Brazil. Def want to give this a go with a secondary level on on it with catwalks and place guard stops on top of the turrets
Nice build...a bit different than the barracks I had in 1980 (no turrets) but a second floor. With small rooms at each end ...40 man open bays the small rooms for the platoon Sergeant and offices. Nice build as I said ... might use it on Nordhagen Beach or the castle
I have a commonwealth contractor video on doors and powered doors, there's a bit of a power tutorial there, but it's pretty basic, we don't do the wireless power glitches or anything like that.
Nice video and cracking timing! I was just putting on paper an apartment block to try in my settlements and I was wondering about inner walls and stuff. I did not know the farm and barns sets had all that variety of walls and this video is really making me think to riconsider my plan! 😂
I plan on building this on my next Fallout 4 session as soon as I figure out which undeveloped settlement I intend to use (probably Far Harbor settlements.)
i feel like this type of build would be right at home at the castle (i know size/build parameters wouldn't allow for it), but with the castle being minutemen hq, it makes a lot of sense to have a barracks filled with a standing army to respond to distress calls
All your builds are awesome. There's something magical about building in vanilla fallout 4. It takes skill and a lot of patience 😅 Keep up the great work
Thanks for the tutorial, I was getting sick of making my barracks look like a generic concrete rectangle and thus looks amazing!
This*
I like it. A good footprint for a site with lots of building room.

Definitely like this build, there are so many options as to what you can do inside
I keep looking for videos on putting power in the building you build.

I just love watching your videos especially the building videos you have amazing ideas. 😊

That’s a really cool design
I absolutely love your videos!! Please keep making more
Wow I love this! I definitely will be including this in my settlements!
Looks great as usual, thanks for the inspiration. I would definitely use something like this
Same tower design as my one on spectacle island
