I wasn't sure until I started to hear about steroids through PKA and other podcasts.
I am natural, lost 150 pounds in 10 months to get into the best shape of my life and actually within the healthy BMI range. I mainly jogged, did pushups. Had it not been for PKA bringing up steroids, I'd have thought that body builders were natural. If you don't know something exists, you just assume they are putting the work in.
Then I found out how brutally advantageous steroids are, and how my body will never look like that unless I abuse steroids. I'm not doing that, because I immediately lost respect for everybody I'd ever met who I suddenly realized was doing steroids. That 'acne' that won't go away...wasn't because the dude was a natural. It was a side effect of his steroid use, and he was competing in MMA. That's fucking disgusting to me. No honor, no values, just a complete POS.

@@Staring4827 it is a thing lol pretty much all throughout my early 20's I was the "fit" one in the group (or so my insecurities pushed that) and any time I was shirtless I'd be flexing the whole time to make it look like I had resting abs, same goes for any shirtless model in photoshoots/actors in movies with shirtless scenes. They are flexing their lil hearts out. It might seem unrealistic, but that's because it is kind of ridiculous, it's a real pain, but can be done. That dude is taking enough HGH and test to kill an ox, he was spending $17k a month on steroids at one point, so he could have grown those abs with that crazy amount of PEDs. If you compare him to Olympic bodybuilders it makes sense. He probably did "etching" which is just lipo suction around the abs so it's even more exaggerated. He very well could have used synthol to boost them from there. The reason why I don't think they are inserts (like silicone etc) is because he does have a shit ton of muscle on his frame, you would see his real abs underneath the fake ones and that would look very odd (even more so than now 😂) he's 5'8", he's a small dude, he's busting at the seams, I'd assume he's flexing just to hide the insane HGH gut he must have. He's for sure walking around with a huge beer gut off camera because his large intestines are still growing (that's what HGH does). Fake abs won't hide HGH gut, so he's already flexing during all filming just to keep it in.

That should be true, but I saw a lot of people who sadly were saying that the emails weren’t evidence of him lying and that they wouldn’t believe he was on steroids until further evidence came out. It’s surprising how many people don’t have functioning brains. Like, most we’re probably trolls but at least some were most likely actually just really delusional fans.

I would actually like to see some studies on the effect being grounded has on the human body.

The reputable clinics require that you actually have a hormonal need for TRT or extras, and that requires several blood tests, which insurance usually will cover. HRT clinics will Rx just about anything that is legal to Rx in the US, which includes everything the Liver Dude was taking, surprisingly. No doubt he was doing it legally with a doctor from Evolve Clinic (this is the rumor). Derek used to have a business relationship with Evole, so it fits together.

I do not understand the negative stigma in our country against people on PED's such as test or HGH. If this guy was a professional competitor in a sport where those things are banned, I understand. But beyond that, to any guy who is trying to reach his best physique or others who may have genetic factors holding them back, I have NO negative view of them using said substances. We are not talking about heroin or crack.
That being said, I DO understand people upset with Liver King for lying about it, but I also lift weights and knew INSTANTLY that he juices.

I've never understood why people stack so many steroids since they all basically do the same thing. I really do think the whole concept of needing to take several steroids at once is just pseudo science that drug dealers and HRT doctors peddle to make money not to mention it's quite risky. I can understand combining a fast acting steroid with a slow one so you can taper off one and not lose all your gains immediately but other than that it seems dubious. I'm not an expert though.
