Stevie, Stevie, Stevie, you really outdone yourself. You showered us with 3 videos this week. Not simple ones either. Those were amazing and I can't even imagine how much work was involved. Not a Nickelbutt fan but the song was pretty good. I Love your version better though. It was cool how you predicted the song would turn out. I guess TECHNICALLY it was only 2 videos. Since today is a new week for me, as I release on Saturdays. But it was still a LOT of work!! Haha! I wonder what would've happened if I did release this BEFORE their song came out... I probably wouldn't have got copyright claimed right away. 🤔

Uhhhh dude you killed it! I see a few people saying they also do not comment often, this is my first time commenting on UA-cam because I have to reassure the fact that you know how talented your audience wants you to know you are.
This had to be one the best Stevie T songs I've ever heard- it's so catchy and to be frank rivals any Nickelback song ever. The solo was especially amazing. Stevie's vocals were also phenomonal.
Not sure what you're on because my cat running across a keyboard and recording the random notes can rival any Nickelback song.
It actually shows how lazy the song writing is in Nickleback when you consider how much catchier of a chorus Stevie wrote.
I think the slipknot one was the best he done tbh but he is so talented at this point he can out do most bands I think lol

Nickelback’s “San Quentin”: typical Nickelback schlock mixed with 2000s alt hard rock.
Both are great songs tho!
"It's all part of the show" is such a better lyric than whatever crap the official song had... listening to the music I thought, "it's really unfair this band gets so much hate, this is groovy af" then the lyrics came in painting the story of a lame Hangover tribute. Just awful.
I feel people are slightly biased towards negative memes, their new song is quite nice to listen to. Lyrics are meh, but the beat is there

Nickleback was the first band I ever saw live when I was 11. I have a soft spot for them haha. Sick work m8. I think Nickleback would do a lot better with breakdowns like that.

If you get away from the radio songs that have been played millions of times they have some bangers. Early 2000s they were still finding their sound and it was pretty good. After they had a few hits they kind of stuck with what sold after that. Any band who has major success is going to have haters

No matter what anyone says, Nickelback will always have one or two songs that will make your head bop. They've got riffs for days, and their drum production is top tier.

Stevie's song has echoes of Money for Nothing, chords and melody scansion. I think that's why it sounds more listenable than Nickelback's.
