I use something similar to that coffee - Four Sigmatic. I get it from thrive market and I really like the one called Think, it really helps with my morning brain fog. I have tried their coffee beans, their Think creamer and their Focus creamer and I really like the way the Think makes me feel in the morning.
I try and spend part of my day off doing meal prep and it really helps me when I get home from work. I normally make a couple of sides and pre-cook certain meats so when I get home exhausted I can put dinner on the table in a reasonable amount of time.

I still haven’t tried my garlic egg life wraps but I’m sure I will love them too. Thanks to Andy and Nancy for sharing the info on pickleball. Nancy is so precious. I’ve never heard of mushroom coffee but maybe it’s just because I’m not a coffee drinker. I hope you will enjoy it.

Might be too soon to tell! I’ve been ready and focused for work this week though, and I used more than the recommended dosage and I like it more! Let me know what you think!
