I put in new o2 sensors and still had the same problem. Did getting a new sensor fix the code?

Have you checked heater circuit if it is actually being commanded on during cold start? To determine if it is actually a bad O2 sensor.

I have not done that yet. But I have switched relays fuses 02sensors wires to the sensors and still get that code right away when I put the computer on to erase the code seconds later it pops back up. But am definitely going to try out what you said
