Since I know the original car relatively well and have worked intensively with the vehicles (but with a focus on the Audi Quattro A2 Group B) because I built a replica, I have to say they did a very good job. The details are correct. You really have to have been on the original car, not a copy of a copy. For example, the road version doesn't have the hinges that make it possible to fold up the rear window to remove the spare wheel, so you open the trunk lid - they are there here. Likewise, the retaining clips on the windshield to prevent it from falling out in the event of an accident, or the Halda Rally computer for the passenger - everything is there. The only point of criticism, but that has nothing to do with the kit, the Recaro racing seats were never originally red. I think I have to get the kit...
I don't understand why people do such nonsense. Other models even have the original national emblem of a country that was at war with half the world from 1939-45. What is even legally legitimate with a model to show this in its original condition - here they are censoring a cigarette brand ???? This is model making, not a political statement... I have to be happy that I had no problems with the 1:1 scale HB stickers for my Group B replica of the Audi A2...

You really know things about cars! You should get this kit and build it. You will be happy ;)
Lovely work. Just a pity the transfers have censored out the 'HB' markings. I wonder if these are available independently?
