To be transparent there was just a really good sale going on. I think I got it around Black Friday for like $550 bucks with free shipping. However, I will say the Major Lutie cage has been praised for having a pretty good pulley system(and you can see the difference in how it is set up in the back). So if you have a few extra bucks to spend, I would probably go with Major Lutie. Whatever you choose, I still have been pretty satisfied with the ER Kang cage, so far I haven’t had issues with the pulleys. If something does fail that makes me dislike the cage, I will definitely update the description/vid!
Could you use the dip attachments as leg holders for the lat pulldown? If not, it there potentially an attachment I could buy as leg holders for this cage?
So you can potentially use them as a leg holders(you can adjust the height), but it would probably be pretty awkward. I am not sure if you could buy an attachment, but even then you would probably have to sit on the floor to get a full range of motion.
The only time I really notice any significant shakes is when I jump up to the pull up bar(I’m kinda short so I have to kinda hop up there lol). Other than that I don’t really notice any other instances where it shakes.
