Great video, Rob! I've dealt with a lot of these issues as well. Didn't even begin to confront them until I hit my 30s. We need more videos like this circulating the internet to help others realize that they have a purpose. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks Derrick 🙏🏻 it was the same for me at that age, maybe we think we’re invincible in our 20’s…if not younger and shelf the problem. Totally agree and I’ll be doing weekly chats on struggles. Sharing is caring mate 👊🏻
