I have the 250SF. Its good to see Dhanil keeping both the bikes in the same frame while talking about them. The SF250 has 165 mm of ground clearance which is plenty for most roads, except some of those speedbreakers while riding with a pillion. This should make the buying decision easier I hope. Also 35 is the lowest mileage I have gotten. Its usually close to 40 :)
True bro I too have sf 250, yes get yourself sf 250 and you will be more happy couldn't agree more lol :XD
Bhai log ispe dhyan dena thoda
I purchased SF 250 a year back. In first month got mileage around 30 to 32. Now I'm getting 23-25 only. Serviced in service centre only. What can I do now?

Man I've just started the video and didn't watch it fully yet, but the beginning part just made me go ROFL 🤣🤣
Same man 😂
🤣
I took test drive of SF 250 and SX 250. My stomach was touching the tank on SF 250; I was just about flatfooting on SX 250. I liked SF 250 in silver but that colour was not there; I was offered Nov'22 discount of 16k on SX 250. I bought SX 250 in yellow; love the bike, it is fresh. BTW, dream bike for me at this age (30years) was Yamaha R3.
You haven't covered full things for 30k premium.
New instrument cluster with Bluetooth and navigation
19" wheel and dual purpose tyres
Longer Swing arm (highway stability) and high ground clearance
New Sub frame (results in comfortable pillion seat)
built-in accessories like Knuckle gaurd, Luggage rack, USB port, Visor
Design reworks (beak)
May be it may not cost 30k but it is still work 20k+ for all these changes.. Only solid omission is 120mm suspension travel.
Suspension travel can be increased by doing some small changes.
They should also add a slightly bigger tank, maybe 13 or 14 liters for extra range as a touring motorcycle.
Iam using the V Strom iam getting around 38 to 40kmpl and the riding posture is also comfortable...apart from you guys all of them are getting into the positives of the bike...And your attitude itself says in the beginning itself you don't like the motorcycle...then why the hell do you come up with reviews....It's a good motor cycle for highway and mild off roading and the company itself says that it's a tourer not fully adventure..then what's your problem...it's more reliable and low maintenance.... company didn't claimed it as a fully off road adventure vehicle then why are expecting adventure...
The issue is not whether it's a bad bike or not. They liked the Gixxer and given its basically a slower slightly more comfortable Gixxer that costs 30k more there is little reason to buy this bike over the Gixxer given the engine, suspension and frame is the same.
ya bro.. Honda guys review will be like this only.
Completely agree.... N maintenance costs as per 250cc engine is very very low ..only 950 rup .. i mean we can zero maintenance.. I have intruder 155 too .. i know the engine characteristics of Suzuki that's y I decided to take v Strom.. and it's worthy. About the comfort let me tell you one thing..for long run it's much comfortable than Gixxer 250 .. because u don't have to lean so much like Gixxer.... I have ridden continuesly 150km without a break.. no discomfort at all ... Whoever is liking this bike , without a 2nd thoughts buy it.. it's a good choice among this segment...
@@rahulvikramaditya9911 yes, i have SF250 and i paid 857₹ in third service. I think it has lowest maintenance cost out of all 250cc bikes in the market.
Suzuki did a great job by bringing out V Strom 250, its a simple ALL ROUNDER bike, that's it
The bird is the best scene🤣
Thank you for putting it in the intro.
New subscriber here from Phil. awesome video keep it up .Good job !
Is there a expected upgrade of SF 250 this month from Suzuki?
Raised handlebar and tall seating is something I love though.
recently bought Gixxer sf 155 and its Worst bike ever . It's been only 15 days and I'm facing hell of the issues. Out of the blues bike dosen't even start and had to manually walk the bike total 5 times including today. Went to service centre and I was told that battery is damaged. What? Battery got damaged in 15 days? Replaced battery yesterday and Today also bike didn't start. Went to service center again and I was told that there is some wiring issue and this needs a kit replacement. And Guess what, i have to pay 7000 from my own pockets. That's all happened in 15 days. Worst bike ever!
Thanks for telling the truth and real image of bike
Thanks
Need to know whether sf 250 has been discontinued or getting some update as it is not available any where...Please reply

Hii sir.... I'm planning to buy a new bike....I have 2 bikes in my mind... I'm majorly confused between which one choose...Suzuki v-strom SX 250 or the Honda cb300f... Can u please suggest me the one best bike Between these two.....??🙏😇
Which susupension is more comfortable..?
Man when do we get vs video of Duke 390 rc 390 and adv 390.......
I am confuse what to buy....
Also please guide me about what should I go with ....
4:36 absolutely disagree. Not only front tyre but huge difference in ground clearance which make it completely different proposition.
Bro he didn't capture good things at all ... That's y u didn't get like from crow reviewer 😂😂...
I test rode this bike 4 days ago as I thought of buying it. Its straight line stability is very good. That's it. Nothing else for around 40k extra. Hard jarring suspension. Tail light is old and ugly. I am 5 feet 10, still the feet don't bottom out. Vibrations post 5k rpm even in standstill. Big turning radius for the city. Can't do much of off-roading cuz of suspension but they have given block pattern tyres and a 19inch. Better luck to them next time
Nice one video on all mountains off road bikes launched in India comparison video
I have ridden both.
Whoever is confused about which one to buy, take a test ride of both and decide upon the one that suits you.
Because of similar underpinnings of both these bikes, it will be easier to decide.
I test rode all 3, naked. SF and Vstrom
@@sorcerermax5111 nice 👍🏻
Which one would you prefer?
@@ajinkyakabbur4511 all 3 have their ups and downs. I would have preferred Vstrom even with all its flaws but its price doesn't justify it
@@sorcerermax5111 well said.
Even I would've preferred v-strom if it was priced lower
The Suzuki showroom here is giving a discount of 22k for v Strom. Do u think it's a good deal?
I have heard, sf250 has been discontinued in India, sir can you please confirm?
Obviously SF250 is only choice
Suzuki Should have updated SF250 and Gixxer 250 rather than Vstorm 250
Right dude they should've updated SF
Excellent review 👍👍👍
extremely deeply beautifully explained
Suzuki website calls VSTROM a softroader. It is essentially a Creta of SUVs and not a Thar. I don't need a 250cc bike for city commute. A 100cc splendor will also be comfortable in city. A 250cc and higher bike is for people who want to tour long distances. For my needs VSTROM looks perfect because I want to do highway touring and travel places which have bad roads. An occasional 300km ride with friends once a year on bike.
Can we fit v storm grab rail to gixxer 250.? Is it compatible..
I usually gets 40-43 mileage on GSX 250
And it easily go to top speed of 155 km/h
without any hassle and noise.... So plz correct ur opinion before deliever..
Nice Review.
Love from Bangladesh ❤️
Very nice review as always.
I will buy this bike if they increase the suspension travel, increase the tank capacity to 15 litres, give switchtable ABS and a stronger light.
Honest review 👍👍
Nice detailed review 👍
i will very thankfull if u plz make video on bmw310gs and suzuki v storm
I typically enjoy MotorBeam videos but this one seems hastily put together with little production value and effort going into it. Spelling mistakes, amateur camera work, nonchalant narration, this is perhaps not expected of MotorBeam. I hope we see better stuff in the upcoming videos.
It was the crows fualt
Does the V-strom 250 ang 250 sf have the same telescopic pork travel suspension?

Hello sir, please make video on Sujuki V storm sx vs Bajaj Dominar 400
Pls do comparsion for ktm 250 adventure vs yezdi adventure
Best suitable bikes for tall riders video bro
Can we modify gixxer sf into vstorm
I like to see you and your videos.
Her: I want it a little bigger
Gixxer: Take Vstrom, its bigger and taller too
Dhanil: Thats what she said.
Suzuki: itne mein itna ich milega
Wallet: Vstrom 150cc mein milega kya?
Buy the Gixxer 250 , increase the suspension travel by 50/60mm, drill holes in the damping rod to soften the damping and put X Pulse monoshock on it and you have a off road ready bike but not as much as the X Pulse though... Good for medium off roading.
Also less expensive than buying an X Pulse for those who have already bought the V Strom 250sx
I really love Your way of narration bro. Make more reviews.
Hahahahahaha the starting of this video ....is lit 🔥🔥man
The crow at the start though 😂 anime vibes
Nice T-shirt Dhanil bro😂😂😂
They should give the same pillion seat in sf also ..
This bike is suitable for taller individuals and the back seat is far more comfortable. I am waiting for it in Malaysia. It will be launched in early January or February.
Ground clearance same ?
No.. VStrom has 205 mm of ground clearance.
One reason to buy SF 250 over Dominor 250 ( apart from Suzuki engine & Mileage) ??
Relatability, and quality
It's not pure off-road.....it's road commuter and decent off-road
Bhai ground clearance kaun bolega??
After Faisal review... didn't make impact of sale of bike ...PPL are buying it frequently... So they came again said negative.... Actually crow was knowing they will do tatti review.... That's y he abusing in his language 😂😂😂
If only the suspension are more tuned for path holes then it would be a great tourer.... Considering 2% people do off roading

I am also facing same problem.. i was getting around 32 earlier... Now getting 25kmpl🙁
I thought of buying a Jujuki Vstrom or SF just last week. Thank God I didn't buy. Thanks guys 😁
@@mohans428 check you fuel injector, tyre pressure, engine oil, air and oil filter.
In our gixxer group, a guy claims of having 17kmpl in his SF250, it turns out that his fuel injector wasn’t functioning properly. Or ECU failure.
Haha. Opening shot of one kauwa throwing stone at another kauwa was hilarious!!!
I have a Gixxer 250 naked BS6 2022 model.
I get a milege of 38-42 kmpl in my sf 250
At first you rejected the crow's voice but at that moment you shot a video with the cuckoo's voice. Most of them must have called it PERCEPTION....
The best shot of the video was the crow.
Suzuki should've named it as gixxer adventure instead of V-strom....it doesn't have the dna of bigger v-strom siblings
Yes
Similarly the r15 doesn't have the same dna as the r3 or r6. But still they gave the same name cuz names make a lot of different
@@Sarthak1710 hell no bro....R15 has extremely committed riding positions like their elder motorcycle including vva engines....R3 is the only exception in their R lineup its far more sports tourer than a small displacement sports bike
@@Sarthak1710 no wonder you are hanged
N160 full review????
TVS Raider can go toe to toe with N160 in a acceleration. Somebody already made a video on UA-cam. It looks good but slow for a 160
Suzuki should have updated like LED turn indicator, side stand engine cut off, slipper clutch for Gixxer SF 250
waiting for next year, if the update it a little bit
It has a side stand cut off...the models which came out after 2021...I have one!
@@arnabacharya8233 is it so bro?
Slipper clutch most needed
Slipper clutch, LED turn indicators, better looking tail light, more plush suspension as it is mostly a road going bike, regular tarmac tyres and 17 inch front, better readable font for Bluetooth in instrument console
Crow: Hey man you look like my cousin.😂
Gixxer sf250 is my favorite 😍.
I am 6' tall ..Is it easy for me to ride a Gixxer sf 250 ?? NO ..
I drove Gixxer 250 SF continuously for 1 hour and felt cramped on it. I took a long test drive and bought the Vstrom sx 250 @ 22000/- discount .. Ergonomically Vstrom was very much comfortable for my frame and it's RIDER & Pillion seating comfort is at such high level that even after riding the bike for 300 KM , I bet you won't feel any fatigue .. My mileage avg on highway is about 34 Kmpl @100+ Kmph and 40 Kmpl when cruised in a classy manner @ 80 Kmph ..
Suzuki should cut price to somewhere around 1.8 or 1.9
*0:01** to **0:13** I have watched it more than 8 times, still I'm not satisfied!! 😄👍🏻*

I must have both motors...
31 k is not justified. Tank capacity is same , suspension travel is less . Suzuki fooled India
In our State, its close to 40k more. Not at all worth it. Test rode it too
@@sorcerermax5111 in West Bengal around 35 k . Just for fairing and 19 inch wheel. Everything else same . ridiculous it must flop so that Suzuki learns it's lessons
@@barun9665 if Suzuki keeps going like this, they'll fail in India except for their scooters may be
@@sorcerermax5111 yes . They'll sell only scooty and few gixxers . Nothing else . VStrom 650 is also very costly and that class of people would choose Versys 650 over it . So Suzuki literally is confined to scooty and gixxers mostly 150s.
Start roasting bikes and brands !
Gixxer 250 is best bike but its very pricy too. Suzuki must lower Gixxer price
Dude, the r15 is selling for 8k less than the Gixxer. It's very affordable for a 250.

Didn't you consider the Himalayan? Or the Yezdi Adventure?
@@brendonfernandes2877 those are vibrators 😂😂😂
@@ashutoshkapileshwarbhukta527 I don't know about the Yezdi but the Himalayan is not that much of a vibrator. And did you ride the Suzuki? The 250cc motor is one of the most unrefined Japanese motors I have seen. Good power though but refinement wasn't it's strong point. The V Storm was designed for good roads only. The Himalayan is as the name suggested meant for conquering bad roads like Leh and Ladakh.
@@brendonfernandes2877 how much u hit bad roads in real life? Those are only for off-road not for daily use . V Strom 250 is an all-rounder and it's one of the most refined single cylinder engine on 250cc segment. I have ridden all 3 and yezdi is much more better than Himalayan but the engine refinement is not the 50% of suzuki's 250cc engine
@@ashutoshkapileshwarbhukta527 Buddy we live in India. Bad roads are the norm not the exception. The Suzuki 250cc BS4 that I rode was not that refined and the stiff suspension was well suited for good roads not so much for potholes and undulations that are so common on our roads. The Himalayan and Yezdi are a lot heavier though so the feel of those motorcycle is quite different.
Seat is very bad also footrest not good for long ride
Agree, go for FZ25/FZS 25 or F250/N250
