That second chef is very refined with how he dresses and handles himself Most the time I watch this I’m somewhat worried about sanitation but this guy gives me confidence that the food is prepped safely
When I was a kid, my grandmother would take me to all sorts of places to introduce new foods to me. And when we went on our huge family vacation every year, I would try absolutely anything. The one thing that I absolutely fawned over constantly was crab. I didn't care what kind of crab it was, I loved it. For a while, there was a local restaurant that had all-you-can-eat snow crab legs once per week around lunch time. My grandparents took me there every week, without fail, for around 2-3 years. Then, the company stopped the practice, likely because I would eat about 4-5 pounds by myself. I got to a bizarrely prodigal level in my ability to get each and every piece of meat, nearly whole, faster than anyone had ever seen. We went to this place so often that the GM would actually include the entire crab for me because it kept them from needing to use 1-1/2 or 2 extra clusters. To this day, crab is still one of my absolute most favorite foods. It's just so prohibitively expensive that it's now a rare treat. But, when anyone around me orders crab at dinner (friends/family, that is) they ALWAYS seek my assistance in exchange for about an eighth of the meat 😆. It's a running joke in my family that I singlehandedly took a small business from the black into the red before I was even in elementary school. And, ironically (or paradoxically, depending on how you look at it), my initials are ATM. Good stuff. I love crustaceans of every type, but I'll be damned if I couldn't survive exclusively on crabs, butter, and potatoes.
You and Calvin are poisoning Thuyen beautiful Virgin mind and soul and it's hilarious to watch! My only wish is that I could be there with you to help! I guarantee she spends plenty of time just laughing at random moments throughout her daily life while remembering moments and comments she's shared with both of you!
