Arteries lose elasticity, their walls thicken and the work of the heart becomes difficult. On the walls of the vessels, harmful cholesterol is deposited, the formation of which is stimulated by the use of certain products, harmful habits and lifestyle. To alleviate the course of atherosclerosis and to reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases, you must make a change in your lifestyle and diet. In this video, we will present you 10 effective home recipes against cholesterol, atherosclerosis and high blood pressure. In combination with proper nutrition and moderate physical activity, you will achieve noticeable results in just a few weeks.     Recipe one.
    Two tablespoons of buckwheat are brewed with half a liter of water for half an hour. The liquid is strained. The strained infusion is drunk one glass 3 times a day.
    Recipe two.
    We squeeze onion juice and mix it with an equal amount of natural honey. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator. One tablespoon of this combination is taken three times a day before meals.
    Recipe three.
    Three tablespoons of dandelion flowers, leaves and roots are boiled on low heat for 15 minutes in one liter of water, allowed to cool and filtered. Drink one glass 5 times a day.
    Recipe four.
    To prepare the recipe, you need 100 grams of fresh sage and half a liter of vodka. You put the ingredients in a glass container, close it well and leave it in a bright place for a month. Take one tablespoon every morning before meals.
    Recipe five.
    Dissolve one tablespoon of natural honey and home-made apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water. It is drunk three times a day, half an hour before meals.
    Recipe six.
    Two tablespoons of fresh rosemary are infused with half a liter of boiling water. Strain and drink one glass before meals, three times a day.
    Recipe seven.
    To prepare this recipe, you need two heads of garlic, which are cleaned and ground, the mash is mixed with 100 grams of homemade apple cider vinegar. Leave in a warm place for 3 days. It is taken every day in the morning, dissolving 10 drops of the tincture in a glass of warm water.
    Recipe eight.
    Meadow clover is used for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis. 100 grams of clover leaves and flowers and half a liter of brandy are left in a glass container for 10 days in the dark. Strain and drink three times a tablespoon before meals. It is taken for three months, taking a week off every three weeks. The treatment can be repeated again after three months.
    Recipe nine.
    Hawthorn tea. Two spoons of hawthorn berries are boiled with a tea cup of water, and after half an hour the decoction is strained and drunk before meals.
    Recipe ten.
    Lemon, orange and honey. One lemon and one orange are cleaned of seeds and peels, and ground in a blender. The resulting mass is mixed with two tablespoons of natural honey. Pour into a glass container, then store in the refrigerator. Take two teaspoons daily before meals.
    Tibetan recipe against cholesterol.
    To half a liter of cold water in a pot, you add one spoonful of crushed cardamom, one spoonful of turmeric, some ground black pepper, for maximum benefits of turmeric, and one cup of fresh mint leaves. Leave on low heat for about an hour. Strain and drink one glass in the morning and one in the evening. It removes toxins and improves liver function, lowers bad cholesterol and triglycerides, normalizes intestinal flora and purifies the body.
