We all have internal clock in which we know when to wake up, when to sleep, etc. If you fly from Vermont to California, your body has to adjust to the 3 hour difference in time zones. If you flew there from 12pm and arrived at 2pm, but it took 5 hours to fly. It has nothing to do with altitude.

She hacked the security system so they wouldn't get caught, used a key that she got copied to enter their house when they were away, she rearranged everything in the house and got a new couch and bed and swam in the swimming pool like she owns the place, and why did she choose Michael and Bridgett's house when they have lots of other family members in the area? I wouldn't welcome someone like that into my home no matter who they are. I know the vlogs might be scripted a little but not 100%. Michael's family is known for weird things like this.
