Hopefully everyone is aware that they tell you to wait 6-8 weeks after birth because your placenta leaves a gaping wound that needs to heal or you can get a massive infection and die. It doesn’t matter if you had a C-section or not.
(That being said everyone heals at their own pace and some can heal before this but I feel like no one ever explains to you exactly why you should wait)
