Arin's reaction is like when you ask your dog "You ate the treats out of the jar didnt you??" and he starts wagging his tail really fast like he's proud of himself
You respond, “Mother fucking spider-man spider-man you put in the time fuck put in the time motherfucking build shit with his bare hands fucking best friend shit fuck Jesse Eisenberg... I’m very tired”
It does, especially since it really gives context to the insanity of what Dan described from Arin’s texts besides the fact he was just being nuts due to being tired!
I can just imagine Arin pondering this for days. Even on Danny's day off, I can see him sleeping in late and out of nowhere, here comes Arin practically flying face first into Dan's window with his hands against the pane, screaming, ''MARK ZUCKERBERG!!!!''
Let me put this into context. Facebook movie: The Social Network. Jesse Eisenberg: plays Mark Zuckerberg in the movie. rowing the boat: the Winklevoss twins were part of Harvard's rowing team. Spiderman: Andrew Garfield, who played Spiderman, played Eduardo Saverin. Trent Resin Or: Trent Reznor did the soundtrack for the movie. EDIT: Now that I've actually seen this movie I can give better context
I was wondering about "rowing the boat", I haven't seen "the social network" and that clears up a lot of the confusion in my brain. I thought it was just Arin being Arin.
it's so great when this comes up when I have a fan compilation on in the background, because as soon as I hear the very specific "hey Arin" I know EXACTLY what's about to happen
Funny story. My high school had this thing called Channel One News which was basically news for teens that they showed during lunch. I never payed attention to it and just watched Grumps on my Chromebook and one day they were talking about Mark Zuckerberg and as soon as he came on, Dan yelled MARK ZUCKERBERG! And I started cracking up.
A few days ago in my english class, i was doing solo work and i was reading the school book, and there was a text about communication. And Facebook was part of that topic. I don't remember what context it was, but i saw "Mark Zuckerberg" in the text and i nearly lost it, because all i could hear when reading that name is Dan yelling *"MARK ZUCKERBERG!"*
If Dan's timeline is correct, it took around 4 hours for Arin to get from the airport back to his house. I knew LA traffic was bad, but I didn't think it was THAT bad.
@@Rayen015 Which is just insane to think about. I live in the SF Bay Area and I thought our rush hour traffic was horrible. This is on a whole other level.
So let me get this straight: Arin used Siri that whole time to relay to him that nonsense about The Social Network and not once for TWO HOURS does he think "Siri, who invented Facebook?" ..........Yeah I believe it.
I spent 10 years playing Paper Mario TTYD, from year of release. And I was never able to figure out how to get into Bobbery's house to start chapter 5. And never in those 10 years did I ever think about googling how to. I was even subbed to a Lets Player who covered the game. Never once I thought of it. So, yes, not asking Siri a question and instead rambling to a friend about said question is plausible.
I just texted my mom "MARK ZUCKERBERG!!!" And she texted back saying "What about him?" And I said "I just wanted to see how you would respond to that text." And she said " Oh ok. LOL"
I finally just watched The Social Network for the first time. Arin's right. Fuck Jessie Eisenberg, man, poor Spider-Man, like fuck. Trent Rezen Or's music was intense. I'm very tired.
"Your response...."
*Arin immediately starts laughing*
He knows what he did.
You can hear Arin trying to hold back his laughter the second Dan starts asking him about it lol
I'd be laughing my ass off too, where I in his shoes.
Also my feet are probably bigger, so also more uncomfortable, as well.
He knew where it was going
@@JoyBoy0606 It makes it better because Arin knew where Dan was gonna go and it still cracked him up what he did!
I like how at the start you can actually _hear_ Arin smiling.
Arin's reaction is like when you ask your dog "You ate the treats out of the jar didnt you??" and he starts wagging his tail really fast like he's proud of himself
lol i can see this happening.
"Arin you're scaring me"
You respond, “Mother fucking spider-man spider-man you put in the time fuck put in the time motherfucking build shit with his bare hands fucking best friend shit fuck Jesse Eisenberg... I’m very tired”
No Problem Man, I'll Do Most Of The Talking At The Grumps Setion Today.
Immediate response, i’m talking like 5 seconds later:
Nah man I’ll just talk about the Facebook movie all day
"Motherfucking Spider-Man! Spider-Man!"
I wonder if that Jesse Eisenberg looking kid knew he started one of the best rants in history.
"I don't like dying."
Me neither man, me neither

I'm so glad you included Arin's explanation. Most Game Grumps comps and whatnot don't but in my opinion it makes the story better.
I've never actually heard the explanation and I feel so stupid for not knowing it.
Every compilation ever just doesn't even with the exposition afterwards... I wish they did it like this just so we have even more funnies...
God does it ever
SUPREMELY EARLY is my new favorite thing😂😂

He used Siri to text Dan, but never thought to ask Siri who made Facebook
He did say he was very tired
im glad he didnt.. we wouldnt have as funny of a conclusion :)
It would’ve been too easy to ask Siri. I often challenge myself to remember these types of things without looking them up.
@@I_am_always_correctOh, I thought that was Dan sharing his own state of mind at the time of the messages lol

You're our new official Arinese translator.
Who the fuck doesn't know that? I hate when fucking dumbass explain things to even more retarded dumbasses, and think they're smart.
My favorite part is even before “your response…,” you can just HEAR the grin on Arin’s face
"And then... In all capital letters...

The entire time

It's incredibly scary to think that Arin was driving for hours in that headspace.

For me, the real lose-it point is when Mario stops moving on screen, signaling that Arin is now laughing too hard to look at or play the game xD
Arin’s growing laughter in the first half of this video is just delightful.
I like that within 10 seconds, you can already hear Arin suppressing laughter
The way that he says a: "a hours passes"
9 years later, this is still one of the funniest Game Grumps bits.

If Dan's timeline is correct, it took around 4 hours for Arin to get from the airport back to his house. I knew LA traffic was bad, but I didn't think it was THAT bad.
Depending on which airport they had to go to and where Arin's home is in relation to it, four hours is very possible in morning rush hour traffic.
