Secretary Pete delivers remarks in East Los Angeles

We're constructing a new pedestrian and bicycle crossing over I-710 to reconnect East Los Angeles with Humphreys Avenue Elementary School. Thanks to the infrastructure package funding, this project will make it safer for students to get to school.
